Who out there believe in Apostolic Seccession ? 1) And they say that Peter was the first in a line of Bishop of the Church .2) Now what of Baptismal Seccession ? 3) The #1 , First Baptizer was John the Baptist , so that means that he can not baptize anyone or Israel , to who he was sent to , because he is DEAD . 4) #2 , was Jesus in Matt 3:11 , but his Baptism was to Israel only , and was prophecy , in Joel 2 and Acts 2:14-21 , but He is sitting at the right hand of the Father .5) #3 was Peter , for he and the 12 were commisioned in Matt 28:19,20 , to go to all Nations , but they never left Jerusalem , and Israel was set aside in Acts 28:28 , so that Baptism is also been set aside , temporary , now Peter is also dead . 6) So that ONLY leaves ONE Baptizer , who is still Baptizing , and that is the Holy Spirit and He is found in Paul's letter in 1 Cor 12:13 , and the only valid Baptism today , and that is the Baptism into the Body of Christ . What does it means to be Baptized into the Body ? It means to be PLACED ( that is wHAT the Greek word BAPTIZO means to be PLACED ) and the word Baptizo does NOT alway mean WATER .7) And Eph 4:5 , says that there is ONLY one Baptism in the Age of Grace .

Matthew 28 has only 20 verses and Mark does not have a chapter 17 and 18.

To answer your question , no , I do not believe in the Roman model built on Peter as the first 'Pope'Nor do I believe only the Protestants have it always correct.Nor do I believe only the Baptists know how to Baptise.I think the whole point of Ephesians chapter 4 is UNITY ( one baptism - one Spirit - One Lord etc.). We men and women will continue to fragment and denominate and generally screw things up and argue over petty differences and interpretations. Many spend their whole lives doing it. Anything except unity. What a waste.In other words, to this day we do the opposite of the UNITY called for in Eph 4 . All the while claiming to be experts in the word of God in ONLY The King James Version . YIKES !!!Pardon my choice of words 'dan p' I'm just having a bit of fun to make a point. Jesus came , as His Father sent Him, as Written, to save souls. Not many perhaps, few perhaps, but whether millions or billions, to save them.
He is God - there is no question.
If He were only man, even reborn man, Jesus could not redeem with His Own Blook Anyone Else, Ever, no Not Ever.
The confusion today is of the enemy, not of the Father and nor of Jesus.
1 Peter 3:20-21 cannot be said to teach Baptism "in" water. It teaches the exact opposite.
1Pe 3:20, Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
1Pe 3:21, The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

Addressing the OP only. not saying that you're right or wrong, but consider this. God is and will be the the only bishop of the church, for he cares and protects it even when it was in the wilderness. for Peter himself said, 1 Peter 5:4 "And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away." Chief here means the "HEAD", or the FIRST.
