This is an interesting article. The United States Govt appears to be unaware that the only people allowed in our country are NZ citizens as the borders are closed to all tourists at this time.

Also noted is the 23 active covid19 cases reported in New Zealand are in isolation.

It looks like the Trump administration has been TOTALLY SABOTAGED.

However it is a very good thing that active cases have been placed in isolation. The next step is to place all the Leftists in NZ in isolation. Maroon them on another island so that they can be as "woke" as they wish.

In the mean time NZ is not exempt. We are gearing up for a possible second wave because we are only human and there are many workers involved in the isolation units. We were in the same position as NSW in Australia and their numbers have risen dramatically.

It tells me nobody in the Trump administration listens to the BBC. I heard about the borders in New Zealand being closed to tourists on the BBC and believed it! Seems the BBC was right since you're saying the same thing and you live there. I laughed when I read about the American travel warning -- it was so ridiculous.

I'm not sure Trump had a role in it. It could have been some bumbling bureaucrat who got his job by making campaign contributions trying to do the best he could by writings travel advisories without knowing what he was talking about.

I would hesitate in categorising Jacinda as center left. She's totally socialist, and hell bent on removing sovereignty in favor of the UN. and I agree with @Giuliano . That warning didn't come from Trump but a bumbling office worker trying to do stuff beyond his pay grade.

We are a liberal country no matter who is elected and I am sure the Labour party with Jacinda Ardern fronting it will win this years election over Judith Collins the Leader of the opposition. The Labour party has built up a rapport with the voters due to this pandemic and also with past situations they have tackled in the few years they have been Governing this country.

The time for Christians to put their hopes in any political party or individual are long gone. The time is now a window of opportunity to preach the gospel. That window may soon close. Yes I've heard all about that but hey....what are you gonna do? Vote to battle with a virus that is destroying other nations because the National party is wanting to open the borders so that we can get back to business as usual or keep our families safe a little while longer?
