Hi Ron,
If the flood was to wipe the Nephilim out then how could they then become part of the heathen nation that was later commanded to be slain ?

@Giuliano - I thought you were a ‘ He ‘ ?
Rita
Re the 'he'....lol....I think that could be the case with some here

the confusion gets greater and the error deeper.

You've been asked if you know so much, share the truth; but instead you just spew bile. There have been a few scriptural answers, so if you don't care for Scripture as your foundation, it is no wonder that you haven't answered the question.

Read closely,

Genesis 6:
4 There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.

Seeing as we have demons, fallen angels, obviously not all the fallen angels produced Nephilim before the flood. Those who did wind up in chains in the pit. Afterward, as prophesied, other Nephilim were born - whole nations of them - like Goliath and his brothers.

It may be that the Antichrist will be the hybrid son of the king of fallen angels, Satan, himself. The Antichrist is called, the beast, and probably alive right now.

Maybe in Transylvania. Just kidding on that...

I'm surprised to hear you say this to me CL.....maybe you can qualify it?

You've been giving some rather snide remarks to some on here about their ignorance. Frankly that is beneath you. Stay in the Spirit, brother.
Do you think Elijah was beneath himself when he levelled with the prophets of Baal?....Do you think a rebuke qualifies as snide remarks?.....Do you think 'nice' qualifies as right or truthful?

I'm surprised you don't recognise a straight response.

A beside.....the word 'ignorance' means unknowing......it is neither intended as an insult nor a rejection.

What do you think happens to babies if they are aborted?

Can you believe God would send innocent babies to hell? That doesn't seem right to me.

If they go to Heaven, think about it. If they were born, they could become terrible sinners and wind up in hell. If someone killed them first, they'd go to Heaven. So can that be right? Could you be doing a baby a favor by aborting it and sending it to Heaven? That doesn't seem right to me either.
Hello @Giuliano,

The question I am familiar with is, 'Where do babies come from?' ;) This is quite a different question, for you want to know where dead babies go, whether having died at the hand of man by abortion, or by natural death? The answer to that question is simple, for babies are no different to any other human being who dies, the body goes back to the dust from whence it came, and the spirit (or breath of life) goes back to God who gave it.

The soul is a body energised by life, when the breath of life expires there is no living soul. Only the power of the resurrection can quicken the body into life again.

Mine was a rebuke. Yours added nothing, but you were asked to say what you believed wasn't ignorance. But you just continued with the remarks.

Well then, what do you think: Will aborted babies be resurrected in the first or second resurrection?

God is a righteous judge meaning kindness and tenderness do not escape him....we can leave it in his hands assured of a right decision.

Oh? It can mean that. It can also mean other things. Are you ignorant of how the word can be used negatively?

Definition of IGNORANT

The Polite and Not-So-Polite Uses of Ignorant

Ignorant shares a root with the word ignore, one of those etymological connections which appear obvious once they are pointed out, yet remained overlooked by most. Both words come from the Latin ignorare (“to ignore, be ignorant of”). There are several meanings of ignorant, all of which are concerned with a lack of knowledge in some sense; some of these are more insulting than others, and care should be exercised before applying this word to people who you do not wish to offend. Saying “They were ignorant of most of the laws of physics” means that the people in question did not have a specific body of learning. Saying “You are an ignorant person” is possibly describing someone as primitive, crude, or uncivilized.

No, I'm not ignorant of it. In my later answer to CL because of her 'short' post re this I have qualified its intent. If folk insist on taking it as an insult (perhaps deliberately) they embark on a deviant course.

I was a 'he' the last I checked. Maybe space aliens kidnapped me and gave me a sex change and I never noticed? Let me check. What a relief! I'm still a 'he'. Good, I was afraid I'd have to buy new clothes, learn how to use makeup -- errrr, I don't know if I could do it.

When you know the word can mean something insulting, why use it? Why not use words that are not ambiguous?

So you do not know? You are ignorant about this?
My guess is Giuliano that your paranormal experience with your 'Father' has shaped your understanding about the dead contrary to what is revealed in scripture. You find my post difficult not on the basis of scripture but on the basis of the perception of your senses.

Consider this.....God told Eve 'don't eat' ....yet her senses told her it was 'good for food' .....coupled with the lie of the serpent her senses won the day......to her demise.

If you do not know, you do not know. Using ignorance however is no excuse from the plainly revealed words of scripture. Ultimately the choice is yours as to what and who you believe.

It was good for food. It was also pleasant to look at. Eve knew what good was when she saw it.

Genesis 2:9 And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Adam was told he could eat of every tree too. Then he was told not to eat of that one.

16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

It was meant to be there. It was good. Eve wasn't hallucinating. The knowledge of good and evil would have been a good thing for them to have. God put it there, not to tempt them to sin -- God never tempts people to sin. It served a purpose.

Chlorine and sodium are both deadly poisons -- separately. Yet together, they form salt -- a symbol of the holy.

If you do not know, you do not know. Using ignorance however is no excuse from the plainly revealed words of scripture. Ultimately the choice is yours as to what and who you believe.
Regrettably, I'd say you forgot what you read in Genesis. The tree with the forbidden fruit was part of God's works -- and every thing he had made was pronounced "very good." Eve was not hallucinating.

Genesis 1:31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

You evade and confuse the point Giuliano.....be careful you don't become a prime candidate for deception. Why do I say this? ...because these characteristics are determined leaders to that end.

Who's evading? Genesis says all of God's works were good. Everything in the garden was very good. But you say no. Who's deceived then?

I tell you they were to eat of that tree later. They were also supposed to take care of the serpent, exercising dominion over it. Serpents and poison?

Mark 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

I think you'd do better to worry about yourself more and about me less.
