Get ready for empty shelves once again.
Consumers worried about the upcoming election and increasing Covid-19 cases are concerned about quarantines and not having enough.
So stores are getting hit hard again with panic buying.
I don't get it, -- haven't people already learned to STOCK THEIR PANTRY yet?!? I just took delivery of some non-ethanol gasoline (ethanol has a shorter "
shelf-life") to which I've already added fuel stabilizer to preserve the performance for two full years, -- for which I anticipate using in some 9 months when we can't "buy or sell". And this is in addition to some number of cords of wood, some gallons of propane, etc., etc., etc.
I'm reminded of the lady in line at the snack bar register trying for FIVE MINUTES to use her cell phone to pay for a soda, and I finally threw down a $5 bill just to get rid of her.
I tell you, city people are going to die, and it's not because they're stupid, -- because I'm FORBIDDEN to use that TERM ;) --. It's because they're simply not self sufficient to survive for any length of time. So the question remains: -- is the church using their
PURSE to fill their
BAG, and acquiring a
SWORD so that they
CAN SURVIVE?!? (
