Evangelical leader Pat Robertson criticized President Trump on Monday, saying he "lives in an alternate reality" and he truly believes he won the 2020 general election over President-elect Joe Biden. "I think it’s all over. I think the Electoral College has spoken. Source Fox News

This is the same man who prophesied that without question... Trump will win the election. He is now stating that Trump is living in an alternate reality... REALLY?

Trump seems to have depended on the "passion" of the Evangelicals to do his fighting for him... I think it was part of his STRATEGY all along and maybe even part of a deal... and it has worked even better than could ever be imagined.

The issue of the US election has absolutely devastated the Christian world... AT a time where everyone should have been standing in prayer and in unity... they chose to stand divided... Cruel and harsh words have been spoken... all in the name of CHRIST.

It will be interesting to see what God is actually doing with America.

I have been told that I have NO right to be commenting on the subject of the election because I cannot understand patriotism... and I am not American. The fact that I am not a fan of Mr. Trump due to how he has presented himself over the years... puts me at a real disadvantage... and according to several members... my thoughts/opinions are WORTH NOTHING. I am ok with that... but it does sadden me that people have lost the belief in CIVILIZED communication.

For those of you who think it is ACCEPTABLE to BASH and BELITTLE others who do not agree with and/or see things in the same light... there is a word for that.

It's called being PRIDEFUL... The bible has words to say about that.

For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. ~Romans 12:3

This division and separation is intentional, this much I know. I'm not sure what the plan is exactly, but I think Jesus is preparing one side of the church for greater things. The other side to be deceived by the Anti-Christ.

It is Robertson who is living in an alternate reality. He should not have said a word at this time. In fact he should have shut up a long time ago. The fight for a legal and legitimate election outcome is far from over.
Trump seems to have depended on the "passion" of the Evangelicals to do his fighting for him... I think it was part of his STRATEGY all along and maybe even part of a deal... and it has worked even better than could ever be imagined.
You are needlessly attributing evil motives and scheming to Trump, when you would be better off doing that to his enemies. Trump-bashing has become popular ever since he took office, but Trump has done many things for which he should be truly commended and praised. Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) has also affected many Christians, and a glaring example of that was the rubbish being put out by Leftist Christianity Today magazine. Chances are that you have also been suffering from TDS, which is not good for your mental health.

Should evangelicals have wholeheartedly supported Trump? Absolutely. He not only stood up for religious freedoms, but he also stood up for Christianity, while also supporting isolated Israel, like no president has ever done. He also stood up for America as opposed to the Globalists in his government.

When I have criticized Trump, I have done it from the perspective of someone who wants to see him succeed -- not sabotage himself. He has spoken out against this obscene 900 billion dollar spending bill today. Let's hope he vetoes it altogether, and teaches both the Democrats and Republicans a serious lesson in fiscal responsibility and the support of American citizens, rather than the enemies of America.

I have not needlessly attributed evil motives and scheming to Trump... I have stated that I believe he was aware of the INFLUENCE and WEIGHT of the evangelicals and therefore has gained by it.... THUS... my statement... Trump "depending" on the passion of evangelicals to do his fighting for him. He is a shrewd business man.

As for Trump-bashing.... I don't agree with any kind of bashing... I have shared my opinion on Mr. Trump several times.. and for me it all boils down to HIS BEHAVIOUR... I have never called him a nasty name.... but I have pointed out his arrogance... and his continual need to pat himself on the back... If I am not mistaken... he has been labelled as suffering with narcissism... These are NOT bashings... they are observations of truth. My opinion has been formed from watching him speak over the years and have NOT been taken from any kind of social media.
I think I also stated that he has carried himself like a dictator... rather than a leader... His lack of respect for those who disagree with him and his dismissal of those people seems to back that theory up.

Anyways... I have no problem with those who exercised their right to vote... for WHOMEVER they have desired... I simply do not understand the NEED to think that ONLY those who voted for and CONTINUE to support Trump are the TRUE CHRISTIANS... with all the wisdom.

Some Christians were obviously NOT able to look past Trump's behaviour... that does NOT make them an enemy against GOD.

You say that when you have criticized Trump you have done so with the heart from him to SUCCEED... This is GOOD... When I have criticized Trump... I have done it with the heart of WANTING to understand what on earth has happened to civility. My quest is no less worthy than yours.

I always have to look twice at where you are from.

WE both agree that elections need to be run FAIRLY and HONESTLY.

I am editing this post to add this comment to you @Enoch111 for what it's worth... although you have challenged my thinking... which is what forums do... I would like to thank you for attempting to speak to me with dignity and civility. I have not felt attacked by you... although I do recognize I am probably not your favorite person here... I can live with that.

the battle of a leader not wanting to give up power is a common story in some countries. In Mr Trump's case, the man has established his inability as a leader with integrity by his persistent lying....and that right from the outset of his presidency. I think christians who think he's God's gift to America have lost their ability to recognise when a man is no longer bone fide....they also insist on projecting their hopes on one who gives lip service to what they think they believe all the while denying the obvious.

It will be interesting to see what God is actually doing with America.

For those of you who think it is ACCEPTABLE to BASH and BELITTLE others who do not agree with and/or see things in the same light... there is a word for that.

Hello, Adoration. I do agree that bashing and belittling others over political and/or even doctrinal views is wrong. That having been said, both involve gravely serious matters. Despite his mannerisms, if Trump doesn't find a way to pull this election out, what is coming upon this country next is judgment. America will fall from her greatness, never to return to it. Trump was never the perfect man, but he was a man capable of winning the Presidency of the United States away from globalist insiders, something that had not been done by anyone in decades. It takes a very rare individual to do that. Pence is the more Christian man, but he would have failed like every other Christian man out there. But despite the way Trump behaves and the things he has said in words, what he did in actions was to keep evil at bay in the world, especially against Islam. If he is removed from office, a LOT of people are going to start dying again. Beheadings of Christians will increase, and even America itself will come increasingly under the influence of Islam. Sympathies will increasingly be given to the Muslim religion while being taken away from the Christian religion, and Christians will be ostracized, belittled and vilified with increasing intensity.

That is what God is going to do with America if Trump fails to hold on to the Presidency, because her judgment has already been postponed for four years. It may be postponed for eight, but that now weights heavily in the balance.

I have my doubts, but I still hold out hope.

God bless,
Hidden

i am not a fan of Robertson nor have i ever been . i simply do not put in stock any guru proclaiming a prophecy like the election. the democratic liberals' had 4 years to strategize the election. Biden is just a puppet plus the republican's helped defeat trump also. half of them hate him . our nation is divided and has been for some time . when our elected leaders pass a bill to give money to other countries. instead of aid to our nation... i hate to say this but the extra 300.00 in unemployment could be a mistake.. in my area factories can not find enough help. nobody wants to work .there is always room for hope

Thank you for this heart-felt post... I absolutely respect every word you have spoken...
Being Canadian... there are a great many things I do not understand... and I have no problem admitting that... yet this does not disqualify me
( or at least it shouldn't ) from sharing my view of things coming from another perspective.

I absolutely understand that many Christians/people voted for Trump... I get it. They were ABLE to look past the rhetoric and focus on the policies.
There is a saying... Beauty is as beauty does. I realize your president did many good things to support Christians... and perhaps that in itself SHOULD be the qualifying FACTOR... but I think... I believe... that there are some Christians who were NOT able to look past his behaviour... There are Christians who weighed the WHOLE of things and decided that their vote could NOT in good conscience go to Trump for a second term. That does not make them the enemy.

I don't think anyone can argue with the fact that the world was NOT ready for Trump... He totally changed how business was conducted... and because of his lack of respect for those who disagreed with him... things were NOT pleasant... for the press or anyone. I do think Trump is responsible for much of the bad press he received as right from the get go... he made no attempt to try and work with them. That is my opinion.

Again... I am all for FAIR and HONEST elections... If they can prove that voter fraud existed... Mr. Trump should absolutely be given his fair title of president of the United States.

My interest in the election has actually NOT been Trump... it has been these prophets.

Blessing to you @Hidden In Him

Somebody on this site told me that Trump's win in this election was prophesied in the bible. I asked for scripture references, but guess what - he couldn't give them. In the end some people will believe anything they choose to believe, even if it's rubbish.

The phenomenon that has surrounded these last two elections is very interesting to me... as I have stated previously... it is not the president I am interested in... rather the prophets who have predicted that even though he lost... that God was going to intervene.

there is NO doubt trump played with a stacked deck .there also is no doubt he didnt govern by the rules . i like many of his policies some of his policies i don't like. American politics is a dog eat dog world . its sort of like part of the words to the song by kenny rogers the gambler. you got to know when to hold them know when to fold them know when to walk away and know when to run. you never count your money while your sitting at the table. politic in America and every where else is getting more dirty every day.. the Election we had is a puzzling thing was there fraud possible there was some strange things went on.. people thought it was bad for trump. wait and see with Biden and Harris / our only hope is the state of Georgia vote 2 republican's in office. other wise liberalism will sweep our nation. much like candida . God often used men who were not Godly to help his people

In Mr Trump's case, the man has established his inability as a leader with integrity by his persistent lying
Let's assume for a moment that this is true. So who is worse -- CRIMINAL POLITICIANS (Obama & Biden) who have never worked for Americans, or someone who is accused of lying, but has indeed worked for America and Americans?

Do you see how hypocritical you sound when you accuse Trump of lying but give a huge pass to the liars and traitors who have worked for the destruction of America? Obama and Biden had eight years to do something positive. But all they did is sell out America to the enemies of the USA.

I've heard modern prophets speak about President Trump. The only biblical prophecy I'm aware of is Isaiah 45, if one believes multiple fulfilment.

When a man claims to be a Christian and gives lip service to underpin that claim but is found violating its very principles, that man hamstrings himself and qualifies as worse than an unbeliever.

Oh Enoch, you do go out on a limb! Nothing has been said about giving liars and traitors any pass let alone a huge one....this is purely from your imagination......and you stretch it further; you deduct that I am hypocritical from what you have imagined.

I know you have greater abilities than resorting to such fantasy!

Merry Christmas to you Dear Admin... and THANK YOU for allowing me to speak openly and freely about the issue of your elections.
I am tired and have allowed the presidential thread to get to me... due to such harshness and unnecessary rudeness by several posters..
So.... I am going to lay low and catch my breath.

I am not familiar with many things about prophesy... But have you heard of and/or followed Jonathan Cahn? He wrote the book the Harbinger and I think it address what you refer to as multiple fulfilment.
