Who wrote the book?
The author of the letter to the Hebrews remains shrouded in mystery. Even early in the church’s history, a Christian as learned as Origen had to admit his ignorance of the true author of Hebrews. Several theories regarding the author’s identity have been proposed over the years, but all of them contain significant problems.

Most of the churches in the eastern part of the Roman Empire believed Paul to have authored the book, leading to its early acceptance into the Canon by the churches in those areas. Even though Clement of Rome drew much from Hebrews in his late-first-century letter to the Corinthian church, many in the Western church pointed away from Paul as the source of the book. Authors such as Luke, Barnabas, Apollos, and even Clement have been considered as possibilities. The unknown authorship of this book should not shake our confidence in its authority. Hebrews makes important theological contributions to the biblical Canon, it has been drawn upon as sacred Scripture since the late first century, and Christians have for two millennia consistently upheld the divine inspiration and, therefore, the canonicity of the book of Hebrews.

I will reiterate here that the blood of Jesus does not only justify (as per Romans 5:9)...it also sanctifies (Hebrews 13:12, Hebrews 10:29) and cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7).

Is it possible that it should be applied and also not perform all of its functions?

Those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ have everlasting life, but what happens to the lady the other week who told me she no longer believes?

Most likely she “ believed” in a “Jesus” Of her own creation....like somebody that came down from Heaven to show you how to be a “ moral enough” person to be “worthy” of Heaven ....that’s a Pretend Jesus.....Jesus never preached a bunch of new rules to be obeyed in order to get Saved ....Jesus preached “ Himself”——- not a guide to better yourself and clean yourself up so you would get what you deserved come Judgement Day....
Once you know who Jesus truly is and understand what He did for you when you did not deserve it and the fact that He did not “ have” to do it.....you will find that it is easier to stay “IN” your Walk Of Faith than it is to Depart it...
When somebody presents another with a FANTASTIC GIFT , it’s just human nature to want to pay that person back.....willingly and lovingly .....
Years ago my daughter had a terrible bike wreck ( she was around 8 or 9 ) and some stranger that lived way up the road where she wrecked carried my young, hurting and scared in his arms all the way to my house......to this day , if this guy, whom I Barely know , where to ask ANYTHiNG of me—-I would happily give him anything he asked for in return for what he did for me....
Those that reject or do not KNOW Jesus are ones that have never really known what He did for them....my neighbor “ Saved” my daughter from a terrible, painful wreck....Jesus Saved “me” from a well- deserved Hell, when He did not have to and when I did nothing to deserve it.....In Fact, I was His Enemy and He underwent a Torturous Death to Save me....How could anybody Turn their Back on Somebody like that? It’s easy , I guess If you don’t Know Him. I KNOW Him and what He did....one could not FORCE me to reject Him......

I do not condemn those who have a genuine faith in Jesus Christ. If you feel condemned by what I preach, then maybe you aren't a genuine believer.

My constant prayer, that I pray every day, is that everything that comes off of my keyboard might be 100% from the Holy Ghost.

So yes, I am aware that as a teacher of God's word (though my spiritual gift is not teaching but word of wisdom), I will incur a stricter judgment. I take that very seriously.

I hold myself accountable to you and anyone else on these boards who can show that what I preach isn't biblical. If that can be shown, then I will repent of preaching that doctrine.

I know that I am a work in progress and therefore, if I do not live up to the standard that I place on people to be truly born again, it does not mean that I will not live up to that standard in the future.

I will say that the nominal, lukewarm, or shallow believer can indeed go to hell (see Luke 8:13). But the genuine believer who has a heart faith that is unto righteousness (Romans 10:10) and enduring to the end (Matthew 10:22, Hebrews 3:6, Hebrews 3:14) absolutely will not have such a fate.

If it was real (which it wasn't) There was no one to interpret so you should have kept Quiet, The Holy Spirit wouldn't make you Say something That Contradicts Scripture, So...Seen there was no one to interpret Do you admit you were wrong there?
