Hi yall, no videos, but have Scottish roots I guess, so saying hi to my neighbors. Guess my ancestors came over during the Great Potato Famine. That is what my mom had told me.
I'm busy watching the Irish dancing right now but I have a bit of Irish in me even though I have more Swiss, German, and Italian. :)
Today I learned there's a gnat on a hair on a flea on a leaf on a branch on a log in a hole at the bottom of the lake. ^_^

This was the last St. Patrick's Day cake baked by my wife. We used to gather together with other retired folks for fellowship dinners and snacks regularly. Happy early St. Patrick's Day to all...

I think that's what it is btw as I just googled it and the corn beef part actually looks pretty good.
Btw I tried corn beef when I was a kid and I didn't like it,.. but who knows? Maybe my taste buds have changed. :)
