Oh very much so...A PS to the above post.
Has anyone considered that the Chinese mainland government may consider that the running aground of a Taiwanese company's leased vessel is an act of war and justification for China to invade Taiwan to reclaim it as their own.
The question is, was the running aground of the EverGreen's leased ship and accident waiting to happen or was it a deliberate act, by a country unknown, to either damage china's trade credentials or trigger the invasion of Taiwan by China.
We will have to wait to see what happens over the next few months as to what the outcome will be.

PRC has always played at least a three part/long game strategy.
Thats why I am keeping an eye on this situation...this is a powder keg waiting to explode.
I really wouldn't doubt that the PRC funded and helped the Houthis attack the Saudi's at the same time.
Stirring the pot to wait for everyone else to explode into chaos and destruction is exactly inside of their normal repertoire. That was the whole of the Korean and Viet Nam conflicts. They were, at that point in time, trying to get the US and Russia into a war with each other so that they could come in and pick up the pieces of the two destroyed countries.
