    The Mangrove Jack is like a reef fish but is found in the salt water streams of Qld. If you could see the narrow Baffle Creek where this was caught by my brother-in-law, Mervyn, you'd see how special this size fish is.

    It has a beautiful taste. My sister, Lorraine, sure knows how to cook it nicely.

    Well good to hear you like country too, it's not too popular here in my part of Australia, but The Highwaymen were pretty good together, I like Johnny Cash, Joanne Cash, his sister is a pretty good country gospel singer and still going, Chris LeDoux, George Strait, Alan Jackson, Shenandoah, Aaron Watson, Earl Scruggs, Charlie Daniels, Dean Brody, Jimmy Swaggart, The Issacs, Ron Block is my favorite banjo player.

    Country is not popular in the UK as a whole, however I get the love of country from my Grandfather who was a massive country fan. The Banjo is a jolly instrument; I like to hear the Banjo, especially the Duelling Banjos! Thank you for sharing your favourite artists. I don't know too many people our age that enjoy country music.
