    Philippians 1:6 - being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;
    Angelina
Our standing before God is no different than that of the angels. He gave them a free will too and some chose to defy him. The difference however, is that Jesus did not make atonement for angels but Abrahams descendants...such as we are by faith ♥ Hebrews 2:16-17

Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

The sheep will only follow the voice of the shepherd. When he speaks, we listen, we obey...nothing more.

Miracles happen when we believe that nothing is impossible to God. After all he made us outta dirt didn't he? ;)

You don't have to prove to anyone that your'e good at something...If you good at it - be the best you can be. You don't need a badge to prove it! Just walk it...

I love listening to "The Word" A radio station, broadcasting the bible, chapter by chapter in various versions, from Genesis-Revelation 24/7

Any doctrine that desires to secure the flesh is not from God, Any doctrine that centers toward the preservation of self, is not from God.

Romans 8:6 The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.

    Hi Jiggy! NIV :)

Sweet, I don't use the NIV normally, but I like the way it translated this verse especially.
Most of my reading is using the 1st NLT and then I use the Rotherham's emphasized, the Concordant literal and Young's literal for studying.
Rotherham's uses the word "preferred", the Concordant uses the word "disposition" and then Young's uses the word "mind".

Very strong passage from the Scripture. God bless you.

If you are between a rock and a hard place...think that God may have abandoned you...feeling like there is no hope. Look back, only to see where you have come from...Remember the times where God has intervened in your past. Recognize his sovereign hand in your present situation. "Stand Firm" then and watch, as he parts the proverbial Red Sea and unveils his plans for your future. Jeremiah 29:11

    Jeremiah 17:7-8
Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

If God were to take all believers from the earth and punish those who are left...it would not be called Tribulation. It would be called "Righteous Judgment! Tribulation is for believers. The unbelievers will be able to eat, buy and sell...please consider this carefully. ;)

The tribulation is for the remnant of Israel, the church is the bride of Christ who is present at His return.

6 million Jews had died in the Holocaust. Israel has already been predestined with a remnant...The Church has not been through the fire yet.The proof will reveal itself in the end...shalom!

His return is after the Tribulation...not before. Believers will go through the Tribulation...there are no doubts about that!

Colossians 2:15 - Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it. 16 So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, 17 which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ.

    Merry Christmas everyone!

The Lord was speaking to me last night about being focussed. We need to focus on where we are rather than the myriad of other things that can invade our thinking. Focussing on the present, trains us to be wholely committed to the things that are before us....When we take care of God's business [according to his will], we know that he is taking care of our's ;)

See everyone tries to point to that one tragic flaw, but I think the devil works most often by the death of a thousand cuts. It's so easy to get caught up in a little bit here and a little bit there before pretty soon we are so busy with life we leave no time for Jesus.

Just something that the Lord was speaking to me about at the Radio Station HS...He tends to minister to me there powerfully, when I am ministering to others...I was thinking of a Ministers wife who has contracted cancer. Her husband rang me and asked me to play her a song on Sunday night. She is an incredible woman of God...

I was thinking of how she and her daughter took on jobs during the fruit picking season. [Not that they needed the money personally]. Then they went to Brazil and brought a family a house with the money they earned...just one of her many acts of kindness...now she needs to trust God in her healing. (Not always easy for a giving person I think :)

Nothing is impossible to God...therefore, there is nothing impossible to you...We serve a God of Miracles - believe it!

Wisdom teaches us to be very careful with our words. Words can lift up or destroy and each person will be accountable one day for there carelessness...Psalms 141: 3 Set a guard, O LORD, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips. Matthew 12:36: But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment.

If you find yourself in a particular season, do not be in a hurry to get out or try to find an easier way. We need to trust him all the way to the wire. Remember: God is Good!

What do you mean by season?

    Angelina
means a certain time in your life where you may be facing difficulties or hardship.
    Angelina
    Angelina
a time which can be measured based on an event. That time ends the moment the event ends...
