    Should christians test their faith?

Over the last 15+ years, I read thousands of articles every year in an effort to not be illiterate. I spent time discussing religion in an effort to sharpen what I knew of God. I searched for the most intelligent and knowledgeable atheists I could find (on the internet) to test my faith...

    How was your day?

Premise 1. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. Premise 2. Satan is the father of lies. Based on 1 and 2. I tend to associate those seeking truth as being believers. While those who spam inaccurate statements trend towards being non believers.

    Serious question...

High sugar content isn't the only issue. High calorie diets are notoriously *not good* for health.

Why do we hate preventing disasters?

(^ UFC fighter Michel Pereira dances with the israeli flag in protest of hamas attack on israel, after defeating his opponent in the cage.) Now you have.

The changing perception of hell. - How do you define it?

I resonate with God-is-good-ism. God knows better than I, what people deserve and how they should be judged. God is more merciful and compassionate than I would be in His role. God is also the only One with the power to give people what they truly deserve. God is the only One with the...

My agnostic friend says: "I don't need it." - How would you respond?

Religion is frightening. The concept of God is terrifying. The idea of Someone knowing every thought in your head and emotion in your heart who will someday hold you accountable for every choice you make and judge you accordingly can be paralyzing. There is a reason I never try to convert...

Why do we hate preventing disasters?

When it comes to crisis and tragedy people follow predictable patterns. They say: "our hearts and prayers go out to the victims". They never say: "what can we do to prevent tragedies like this from happening in the future"? They never say: "what can we learn, what can we change, what better...

Catholic Preist Sings Song About Lucifer

Everything I've seen and heard since then. Only reinforced my 1st impression of catholicism. Your post on this forum is having the opposite of your intended effect as well.

Catholic Preist Sings Song About Lucifer

As a teen, I attended a catholic church with a catholic friend. I saw the priest rolling his eyes while he was speaking. As if he thought the religious words coming out of his own mouth were bs. That experience has always stuck with me and shaped my views of catholicism more than anything else.

Are democrats and political leftists setting themselves up for failure

Uh huh. And this is how democrats alienated their own support base over the past 7 years. The more you talk, the less normal people relate to what you're saying.

Are democrats and political leftists setting themselves up for failure

Is it hateful to be concerned about the mentality many of our youth have? They believe they should have everything for free. This type of ideology could damage and harm their development.

Are democrats and political leftists setting themselves up for failure

Was that in florida? Its different as it is a red state. I think democrats in blue states hate fishing, hunting and farming for the most part.

Are democrats and political leftists setting themselves up for failure

How many democrats encourage fellow party members to be self sufficient? I have not seen a single one. It is possible there are none. If there was a top 100 most important items for democrats list. Farming, hunting and fishing would not make the top 100 list. It might not make a top 1,000...

Are democrats and political leftists setting themselves up for failure

Some said I was a fool for trying to grow my own food. After awhile, I realized everyone with a negative opinion on the topic was a democrat. Trump supporters on the other hand had a positive view. It takes time to connect the dots. But once you do, things become clearer.

Are democrats and political leftists setting themselves up for failure

The number of democrats who hunt, fish or grow their own crops. Is significantly lower than the number of republicans and conservatives who do those things. Claiming that democrats hunt, fish and do the same things republicans do. Is like claiming there are as many democrats in the NRA...

Are democrats and political leftists setting themselves up for failure

This is what democrats and political leftists sound like. They have depressing, negative attitudes and believe they should have everything in life without having to work for it. On the political right, republicans and conservatives are learning to grow their own food. Exercising to get into...

Solar superstorm could 'wipe out the internet' for weeks or months, scientist says

If the internet shut down, governments could no longer collect taxes on google, amazon, etc. Trillions in tax revenues lost. On the plus side, mon and pop stores might make a comeback. There could be a big demand for local farms. Centralization and consolidation of the economy under mega...

    My mental status is declining

Doctors tend to have generalized knowledge - spread across a wide array of illness and medical conditions. Its common for patients who spend a small amount of time researching their specific conditions to know more than their doctor does. I would encourage anyone diagnosed with any medical...
