    The "We" in Ephesians

I’ve already stated what I’ve arrived at man. Don’t do that to me. Paul is stating “we” concerning him and the apostles, or the nation of Israel to bring forth Jesus to them, and the. You get to “you.” You “in Ephesus.”

    The "We" in Ephesians

If we in Christ don’t we love, God and love our neighbor and bring forth spiritual fruit brought by Yahavah? @Lambano? But in this context it seems to me Paul is speaking of the apostles “we” I ain’t never seen Jesus rise again personally, but they witnessed it.

    The "We" in Ephesians

Are you the predestined in Christ? Why you so hung up on this for?

    The "We" in Ephesians

What’s good lambano. I’m still sick. Hope you and your family doing okay. My mom is also sick, but she going to work today.

    The "We" in Ephesians

He talking about the apostles whom are in him, whom are going around continuing to spread the gospel. That is the only thing that makes logical sense. Concerning this introduction, at least to me.

    The "We" in Ephesians

It’s not something that is new though none of the things I’m saying is new.

    The "We" in Ephesians

I think I broke predestination doctrine.

    The "We" in Ephesians

Not when he is stating we, but when you starts up, he is acknowledging what is being brought forth to the people at Ephesus. You can disagree, in the end I find what I’m saying to remain true and I don’t have to move on the stance I’ve made. He makes a distinction though between the apostles...

    The "We" in Ephesians

How could we be the we in the day in age? That doesn’t make any sense at all. But if you think of the Apostles themselves and their history of being part of the nations of Israel, it starts to make a little more sense. Paul is writing to the people in Ephesus, now if that is not important...

    The "We" in Ephesians

Cool. Well I hope you got your question answered, when it comes down to the “we” here in Ephesians. May Yahavah guide.

    The "We" in Ephesians

People typically forget the original audience and make themselves the original audience, I don’t think that is a good way to really deduct scripture.
  12. MatthewG

    The "We" in Ephesians

I’m just saying the facts of what’s being written @Lambano. We could even see when Paul mentions we he could be testifying of the apostles themselves, and then he switched it up to you.

The broad spectrum of Christianity VERSUS the narrow-minded view

If Gods will overpowers human will, then wouldn't everyone on earth be doing this? Paul wrote to the Thessalonians; The conclusion is that the choice of the human beings, either rejects or accepts Yahavah in their life, and looks to the death, burial, and resurrection, or does not from the...

The broad spectrum of Christianity VERSUS the narrow-minded view

It does. The will of God, and the will of man are two different things. Sure God desires for all people to be saved, but they have to decide that... Do you believe God will force people to choose him? If that is the case, why don't people always look at God now today?
  15. MatthewG

    The "We" in Ephesians

I recognize that many people use this verse " just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world" However he is talking about here the choice of using the Israel to bring forth messiah... Many use this verse in essence of God choosing and picking people to predestine or whatever, but...

    The "We" in Ephesians

I get there is no difference of those in Christ, @Lambano. However Paul came from the Jewish economy, and he is explaining to the Gentile people (People of Ephesus) whats up. They came from a predestined line whom brought forth the Messiah.
  17. MatthewG

    The "We" in Ephesians

In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,”. <- towards the gentiles.

    The "We" in Ephesians

I dont think so @Lambano. I think we are the you.
  19. MatthewG

    The "We" in Ephesians

We are looking at Letter that was written to the people in Ephesus from a man whom was born under the law, and was a Jewish person by every right from the tribe of Benjamin. There has to be some merit concerning the way he is writing.

attacking another denomination are included in this rule.

What's interesting about those verses it that people "take their part." I believe that in the Afterlife God continues to call out to people whom are outside of the gates, and he may use us to even go help them try to get to the light, to go through this fire, but I don't know. It will be good to...
