What Happened With The Word of God?

Just kind of isolating this part, because it seems to be the crux of your post. Didn't see any reason for your post to have been taken down. You're asking a good question, but I think it might be hard to fathom. After His resurrection and because of glorifying the Father by His life and...

    WHO GETS THE HOUSE?

Amen....these problems are increasing....people are filling up with demons (I don't think necessarily their own personal fault in every case, but I believe because society as a whole is not under the blessing and protection of God any more and the devil is having more free reign), and if a...

    WHO GETS THE HOUSE?

Mental illness often gets worse over the years, and the meds take a toll too. Very, very difficult for spouses and family, my heart goes out to them.

    WHO GETS THE HOUSE?

    Amen...very much so.

    WHO GETS THE HOUSE?

If she has had to give up earnings over the years ( and eventually long term this might mean she has basically given up her ability to support herself), in order to stay home to look after her mentally ill husband and their house, I think justice would require that this be taken into account...

    MIXTURE IN THE CHURCH

Amen. Me too.... it seems to be a life or death necessity these days....."let us therefore go to Him outside the camp".

    MIXTURE IN THE CHURCH

I pray that it is a now word and a message that is is getting out to the church from God, because the church at large needs it badly and we hope the Lord may move to yet open the eyes of more souls. "Touch not the unclean thing" in both old and new testaments means we are not to be party to...

    Exploring Trinitarian Logic

It's so sad brother. Modern Christianity is not the same biblical Christianity that was preached and taught in the early church, or even the church of two or three generations ago from what I can tell.

    Exploring Trinitarian Logic

I'm just back to Jesus saying He and the Father are one. And it's a mystery as to how that is. But are there any other scriptures besides Proverbs 8 that would support the idea you are putting forth? We can maybe look at them and see if they bring any clarity to the subject, on either side...

    Exploring Trinitarian Logic

Well, that's the mystery, isn't it. You're making a mistake by expecting your carnal mind to get it. Are you familiar with the verse that says to lean not on your own understanding....? Why is that? Because as scripture attests, the carnal mind of the natural man can't perceive the things of...

    Exploring Trinitarian Logic

He certainly was in one accord with the Father.......but also at the same time it goes deeper in meaning. We need to look at scripture in light of other scriptures. Because for example, Jesus also said elsewhere that if you have seen me you have seen the Father.

    Exploring Trinitarian Logic

Yet scripture says in at least three places that Christ created everything...? He and the Father are one. And Christ appeared as the angel of the Lord (in glorified body) in the old testament because He had ascended to heaven/eternity that exists outside the boundaries of time/space...

    Exploring Trinitarian Logic

Are you saying the creation of Christ in eternity meant that time and space now existed? Can't get my head around that. We just established that Proverbs 8 does not say that He was created....the translation you used there is incorrect and misleading..... "possessed" is a far cry from...

    Exploring Trinitarian Logic

Amen. and thus it had no beginning (and no end).

    Exploring Trinitarian Logic

Bible says God is spirit, that is His essence (as well as energy/power I would think).....and through Christ we partake of His divine nature (2Peter 1)....is His divine nature not His essence? The difference between Him and us is that He has it (and always has and always will) in His own right...

@Hepzibah Pro 8:23 I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.

Oh, that's more like it, thanks brother.

    Exploring Trinitarian Logic

You mean the time and space that He created? See that doesn't jive. Those terms "essence" versus the other term (forget what it is at the moment) I have discerned to be from the mind of man...they are not revelation and they miss the mark. The carnal intellect tries to make sense of...

    Exploring Trinitarian Logic

But who is the Lord in that first line who created what is being talked about here, since the Apostle wrote that Christ created all things in heaven and earth....? Reading the whole chapter of Proverb 8, it says Wisdom is what is being talked about here that was created and brought...
