THE Trinity can Now be discussed.

Ok…. Of course it is. John 1:18…’No one has ever seen God.’ 1John 4:12…’No one has seen God at any time.’ Do you think the Bible contradicts itself? Such mistranslations make it so.

THE Trinity can Now be discussed.

All of this still doesn’t negate how “Elohim” can be used, such as at Judges 16:23. If you insist on applying it to God as meaning plural, then you’re contradicting the Shema of Deuteronomy 6:4, and making it seem that God is schizophrenic, talking to Himself (themselves?) when saying, “Let us...

What sort of death did A&E die in the day they ate thereof?

Your links were informative. However, your comment… … their behavior is from instinct. Surely you don’t think ants have intelligence. Your statement about “other species of humans”, I’d venture to say you meant other races. Races whose lines became extinct. Like prior to or at the Flood...

What sort of death did A&E die in the day they ate thereof?

Satan did way more than that. He affirmed, “You positively will not die.” And then, he said she would actually benefit from it. So let’s consider the whole account, and not skip parts. It makes a difference. The animals dying. (And keep in mind, Jehovah provided no more explanation. Which...

THE Trinity can Now be discussed.

Yes, F2F is right. Read Judges 16:23 in Hebrew. Elohim is applied to the Philistine’s god Dagon. They thought their god was “the best, superlative, the most excellent.” Hence, the plural form of god was used.

Many? Can you provide a list?

I don’t understand. What casual scene? Behave which way?

Past The Exuberance of Victory: Assessing MAGA's enemies

??? Good. I apparently misunderstood, I apologize. OK. But a culture is just a group of individuals. Ok, but just one’s own citizens? What about foreigners? Are they all equal? In their own power, no. But if they had Jehovah God’s backing? Oh, yeah! But how does one (or a group) get His...

Past The Exuberance of Victory: Assessing MAGA's enemies

Grief, what a repugnant view! Sounds like you would have supported Hitler, had you been born in Germany a hundred+ years ago. (Would you have been executed at Nuremberg? I wonder…) “Not equal in development”… who cares?! They’re equal! Acts 10:34,35. We’re all cousins.

Do non-Christians go to Hell after death?

If you’re asking if ‘she will be tormented’, No! Never. Hell (Hebrew, “Sheol”; Greek, “Hades”) has unfortunately been tied to torment. There’s no such thing! Did you know that the patriarch Jacob said he was going to hell when he died? Genesis 37:35, Douay-Rheims Bible “And all his children...

Do non-Christians go to Hell after death?

I know this wasn’t addressed to me, but if I may…. Please Read Acts 7:60, about Stephen: he “fell asleep” at his death. See 1 Corinthians 15:6. The Bible indicates these ones, referred to as Christ’s “brothers,” (Matthew 25:40) would be called “during the last trumpet” (1 Cor. 15:52)...

What sort of death did A&E die in the day they ate thereof?

What sort of death did A&E die in the day they ate thereof? What does the Genesis account reveal? At Genesis 2:17, God tells Adam: “But as for the tree of the knowledge of good and bad, you must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will certainly die.” That’s it! Nothing else...

What sort of death did A&E die in the day they ate thereof?

Are you talking about JW’s? This is not true. In fact , it’s well-known that we remove those who practice sexual immorality. We’re not afraid of hard questions! Ask away, as long as it’s friendly. There’s the media for you. And biased people spreading misinformation, aka, half-truths & lies...

    GJohn 1.18

The Scriptures provided, show otherwise. I think it’s more important to use evidence from the Bible over what any mosaic purports.

What sort of death did A&E die in the day they ate thereof?

What does Genesis 3:20 say, and what bearing does this have on the issue? Either Cain’s wife was his sister, or a niece. No guessing needed. Only reasoning.

    GJohn 1.18

Not in the 1st-Century, the very beginning of Christianity. This is easily understood when you read the prayer recorded at Acts 4:24-30…. To whom were they praying? Not Jesus. In fact, these Christians referred to Jesus as God’s “Holy Servant.” They knew & followed what Jesus taught: that “true...

    GJohn 1.18

No! There is NO definite article there, in the second occurrence of theos. So, not ‘ho theos.’ Only “theos.” Please be accurate.

Jesus warned that the world would hate us - And for good reason

Yes, I agree. St. SteVen is a thinker, and has an appetite for spiritual things.

"God won't violate your free will" they said.

Thank you. Yes, what Jesus taught is recorded for everyone. It’s up to us to obey Him. And God’s spirit can definitely help us! And our own love for God will help, also. 1 John 5:3

No problem at all. Have a great day, my cousin!
