Hi Pat. Hope all things are well with you on the other side of the pond. I have been out of the loop for some time now...and finding it hard getting it all back. Dave loved you post about your hair ( Covid hair) :) You should see Dave's hair, white as snow, and now on his shoulders...

I can't say I have any traditions as such...I just do it because back in the 60's I learned that God wants us " Give thanks in and for all things.." ...both the good and the bad. But we only tend to do it when things are going well. The sacrifice is in doing it when the day is not going...

For me , the dot for a delete works okay. But I can't agree on allowing people to delete their threads. On another forum there was that option...but be had to disallow it. Someone started two different threads....quite a lot of posts were added to them. BUT, when the starter of those threads...

Yes indeed. It is a powerful subject!! The less we say, the less we have to repent of, or wish that we could ' take back'!! When we open our mouthes we then show just what fools we really are... :)
