Getting to the heart of the Amil confusion

So Jesus was not bodily resurrected being the first fruit of the first resurrection? Lol

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

First you need to understand what brought on the curse. Here is another post I wrote…. Many believe the law itself is “the curse” mentioned, but scripture tells us Gods law is holy, just, and good in Romans 7:12“Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.” So...

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

No, that is a BIG misunderstanding. Here is a post I made on the topic… I have come across a grave error in my internet travels, and that error is in thinking that the law of God is a curse, and is sin. The law of God is also the words of God; and so I would ask, is God's words also sin and...

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

Under grace of course, but that in no way suggests that we are lawless. The New Covenant Jesus brought into effect is God writing His law and testimony upon on hearts and minds by the Holy Spirit. Isaiah 8:16 Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples. Isaiah 8:20 To the law and...

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

I have never argued against salvation by grace through faith. My argument was against those who try to turn the grace of God into a license to sin. Many confuse the law of sin and death to the law of God, but they are not the same. All men are firstborn under the law of sin and death. I...

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

Does a fruit bearing tree have to produce good fruit, or is it made by His creator to naturally bear good fruit? And what did Jesus say about the fruit bearing trees who do not bear good fruit? Luke 13:6-9 King James Version 6 He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted...

Getting to the heart of the Amil confusion

The spirit being renewed by the Holy Spirit is not the same as a bodily resurrection. Note the difference below…. Romans 8:10-11 King James Version 10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of him that...

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

The argument was not about salvation through grace, but it was about what the grace of God performs in a true conversion of a born again believer. The grace of God is given for the obedience of the faith, not as a license to sin. Those who are born of God are made free from sin, they are not...

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

It sounds like you have a pretty good understanding into what Paul was saying in his letters about grace, sin, and the law. If someone is truly made righteous by the grace of God, then they will also DO righteousness by bearing righteous fruit. Jesus said a good tree cannot bear evil fruit. Peace

Getting to the heart of the Amil confusion

The first resurrection is a bodily resurrection as is confirmed in Rev. 20:4-6. You Amils are trying to redefine the meaning of the first bodily resurrection by saying when you are born again you have already partaken in the first resurrection, even though you have not been bodily resurrected.

Getting to the heart of the Amil confusion

Right, they see being born again of the Spirit as the first (bodily) resurrection as is mentioned in Rev. 20:4-6.

Getting to the heart of the Amil confusion

You were trying to equate receiving the Holy Spirit with being bodily resurrected. It is not the same thing. One precedes the other, but one is not the other, nor does it replace the other.

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

It was prophesied to happen before the coming of the Lord, it is called the falling away from the faith.

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

Exactly, a freedom to sin mentality is the same as a license to sin mentality. Another thing I noticed about this group is they were opposed to the law of God, not understanding the teachings of Paul. To them no law=no sin. So they spoke out against the law of God, but were silent on sin.

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

It was at ChristianChat. I see they still have a ban on the topic of Hyper grace there in the forum rules. It was implemented right after they pulled the plug on me for speaking out against it several years ago.

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

They may have been poor representatives of the movement, but that is the doctrine they claimed to follow.

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

I had one member tell me they willfully sin every day and they are still saved. I had another one tell me they do not need to repent of sin, nor do they need to stop sinning at all because all their future sins are already forgiven. That is the license to sin mentality, and is a distorted view...

Getting to the heart of the Amil confusion

The Living waters is the Living Word of God, given before and after Jesus was crucified. 1 Corinthians 10:4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

    THE TRANSGENDERISM OF CHRISTIANITY

Sure they do, Hyper grace is an actual doctrine, which by the way was banned from that forum after they had pulled the plug on me for speaking out against it.

You are not even sure if you were there, so how can you know for sure what they said to me? I know for sure what they said to me, because I was there.
