God continues to work miracles even among unbelievers their choice is to faithfully unbelieve.

Jesus rejected at Nazareth, the choice of unbelief.

(New living Translation.) The hardness of heart is a true thing which people choose and overtime their heart becomes harder and harder as the previous verses protest before these in Matthew 13.

Why does everyone seem to need to come up with their own belief and doctrinal formula?

Hello @Lambano, If that is the case concerning no private interpretation. The conclusion to me is that Jesus was truly coming soon, as stated in the Revelation. I believe that what Yahavah intended to do, came to fruition in the day and age it was written. How could it have not been? Therefore...

Why does everyone seem to need to come up with their own belief and doctrinal formula?

It definitely talks about our natural ways vs the spiritual ways. There are two types of wisdom. Earthly and heavenly. “If you are wise and understand God’s ways, prove it by living an honorable life, doing good works with the humility that comes from wisdom. But if you are bitterly jealous...

Why does everyone seem to need to come up with their own belief and doctrinal formula?

The question I have is do I have to trust man or trust God in faith? Man can only do so much; but God much greater things. I do trust the Bible. Most don’t really read it though from what I gather. My encouragement would be to read the Bible we have today. But if you don’t want to, that’s okay...

Why does everyone seem to need to come up with their own belief and doctrinal formula?

Hello @ScottA, and to any member, I find the Bible insightful dealing with God, His Son, and Israel and some of the Gentiles. I find that it is never written directly to us in America, but I do find within it's context concerning Israel the nation it had become, and you also have some gentiles...

Did ANYONE In Scripture (Including Jesus), Claim Jesus IS God?

Hello @David in NJ, Will you respect me in just leaving me alone. Many people start to become obsessive as though they need to correct people. Let Yahavah correct me if I’m wrong. That’s why it’s important to pray for all people friend. Some people just need the last word as though they have...

Did ANYONE In Scripture (Including Jesus), Claim Jesus IS God?

@David in NJ whatever you want buddy. It doesn’t matter at the end of the day. Jesus did come as promised I just believe faithfully he did so to get the bride. Therefore I continue to believe he did come soon. In the face of opposition. You take care now. If I did anything to say anything to...

Did ANYONE In Scripture (Including Jesus), Claim Jesus IS God?

Hello @David in NJ, Of course those people where lying in that day and age; therefore it is written. I believe the Revelation was written when the time has come near and was soon. You do good in point those people out. They were leading people astray, but John speaks of the truth and Jesus...

Why does everyone seem to need to come up with their own belief and doctrinal formula?

Hello @ScottA, Time moves much quicker since the dawn and age of the internet. No matter what there will always be people that differ. It’s best probably just to live to serve God over man; while at the same time loving God first and loving others by and through the strength of Jesus. We can’t...

Did ANYONE In Scripture (Including Jesus), Claim Jesus IS God?

Hello @David in NJ, I believe Jesus already returned and the end of the age had come, my choice is to believe the message of Jesus, and what has been foretold. All nations have been blessed already, whether or not you accept this truth is between you and God. The gospel of Jesus, involved not...

    not sure

Hello @k8145, I started at 26. The quickest way to learn and find out about Jesus, is to read the 4 Gospels in the New testament, and then on ward. I been using a guide to read the new testament again within three months. The dates are off but it is still useful.

Did ANYONE In Scripture (Including Jesus), Claim Jesus IS God?

Hello @David in NJ, I hear you, buddy. You are more than welcome to be free in your beliefs. I am not here to condemn you, nor turn you away from your own beliefs. It's all about faith and love, in the end. Remember, what also Jesus had taught concerning judging others. I have not turned away...

Did ANYONE In Scripture (Including Jesus), Claim Jesus IS God?

Hello @David in NJ, I believe the end of that age did come. It's just you have a different perspective, and that is totally fine with me. Thank you for the conversation. I am thankful to have gotten to talk to it about with you. Being dogmatic in such a way, that I am wrong has no real effect...

Did ANYONE In Scripture (Including Jesus), Claim Jesus IS God?

Hello @David in NJ, Everyone has been saved from their sins already. It's just you don't believe that. It's not because I'm some false prophet or teacher. I'm a heretic to most but that is beside the point. Whether they look faithfully towards God, or seek to know Jesus more is totally a choice...

Did ANYONE In Scripture (Including Jesus), Claim Jesus IS God?

Hello @David in NJ, I don't understand what was wrong with anything that I shared in the first place. People may disagree with this, but sometimes those mentioning of saved, meant from the coming of wrath upon the nation back in the day. Everyone on earth has already be saved from their sins...

Book of Life / Predestination/Elect - My personal gleanings

Hello @quietthinker, I don't think it applies to us anymore. However, you can see it that way you choose to do so. I believe that it's more like everyone has been reconciled unto God, and they either choose the tree of life, or to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Everything is...
