Perhaps it's just a case of :" those who live by the sword shall die by the sword" ? I'm not sure where but I think I read in the Bible somewhere that any nation who is not righteous will fall...So I cannot see any standing as things are today...God help us indeed :)

I believe I read somewhere once upon a time in the Bible, that we are to live peaceably among our neighbors, AS is possible....in other words, we cannot just 'go along' because we want to follow after men's laws and that there are times when we just cannot agree with those in...

Forgiveness from me to another, is not for their sake ( all together)...It is for mine ! While I believe it is always good to let God know, that you do not intend to have that person stand accused on your account ( something I always try to remember to do), He tells us to forgive so that we too...

@soul man Perhaps if Paul had written :" Follow the Holy Spirit as He is one with Christ." we could have avoided so much of all that division....I am not aware of the last gospel you refer to...Pls can you let me know what it was called ?

@"ByGrace" I'm with you....If that was to suddenly happen, the deaths of those left behind, when a christian is driving a family to school or any other activity and then suddenly disappearing from that car would cause untold deaths, which would be akin to murder imho......Yes, that phrase...

Seems to go hand in hand with understanding repentance...It was never meant to be some state of us groveling every time we 'sin'...Sin still exists, but it has lost it's power to separate us from God, we shall no longer die ( at least our spirits)...

I guess that's why we had to be justified by our faith in the only One who was able....How can we possibly justify everything we have ever done ? I have also seen those who think they are justified in something and yet couldn't be more wrong...I truly prefer His justification :)

No, I recall when I first heard of that term, as in total destruction, which I had thought along the way, would be a more loving thing to do it, than an eternity in hell fire...but I hope that He is able to somehow restore ALL things unto Himself, through Christ...that would be the ultimate...
