    What is our commision?

If the law is bad, how did it come from God?

    What is our commision?

Then what laws and prophets did Jesus 2 greatest commandments sum up? And why did Jesus say he did not come to abolish the law? Matt 5:17

    What is our commision?

Eph. 6. Children are told BY PAUL to what? Obey their parents because this is the first commandment with a promise. Old Testament ceremonial laws are indeed abolished, but laws such as "make no graven images" or "honor the sabath" are still indeed in effect

    What is our commision?

We should obey the Law, not for salvation, no; Jesus paid that all; however, out of hearts of gratitude and thanksgiving to Christ for what He has done, we should obey His commands: old testament or new.

Tl "It is not within the creature's jurisdiction to call into question the justice of the Creator for not choosing everyone for salvation...the fact that He did this for some, to the exclusion of others, is in no way unfair to the latter group, unless of course one maintains that God was under...

I'd like to have a calm, rational conversation about End Times...anyone?

What about when Jesus says only the Father knows when Jesus will return?

I'd like to have a calm, rational conversation about End Times...anyone?

Um.... it leaves Him as.... God. As is the Spirit and Father.

I'd like to have a calm, rational conversation about End Times...anyone?

If this is true, why would Jesus pray to the Father to take this cup from me?

This is not my doctrine. This is the doctrine of not only the reformers, but also of countless theologians throughout history.

I have. And upon review I cannot bring myself to refute the doctrine that is a fundamental pillar of the Christian faith: the Holy Trinity

And I acknowledge and will not argue any longer. I would rather have conversation than argument. ;)

This is God in the Holy Trinity, 3 persons in 1 being, to whom be power and glory forever and ever Amen. Why? ( btw Revelation is known to be pictural literature )

Your disagreement is not just with me, it is with church leaders the world over for the whole history of christianity. And as i previously said, anyone can quote one or two verses and make them say what they want. "David had an affair with Bathsheba, yet God blesses her with Solomon, so that...

I'd like to have a calm, rational conversation about End Times...anyone?

On the contrary, I have answered many times, just not in terms a finite, time-space centered mind like our tends to like to accept. Jesus is God, yet incomprehensibly separate from him in person. This is why Jesus is not a schizophrenic. He is God, yet separate in person, as is the Trinity. If...
