    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

Right! And that's just the beginning... How about this: FOR ALL HAVE SINNED AND FALL SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD. Romans 3:23 It means what it says. Simple. Calvinist logic: Man is born so depraved that he is dead and unable to reach out to God. (that's a lot of adding to a verse!)

    I miss the days ...

Not enough of us Amadeus my friend. The left has gone crazy and it's not just a matter of policy anymore. I also miss the days when people knew about God and obeyed Him. Some weren't even real Christians but they had morality embedded within them somewhere. Today we're experiencing something...

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

Sorry 'bout that. I do apologize. I forget what my question was.... Oh. Why evangelize if reformed theology is true. Of course you shouldn't answer because you're not reformed. Would you care to guess as to why it's popular right now?

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

Threads on Calvinism get pretty heated most times. I'm not meaning to blame it on the reformed, but I can assure you that it's usually the reformed that get snarky and insulting and before you know it the thread has to be locked and sometimes, one of the members has to be time banned. I sure...

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

I agree with all of the above except for the first sentence. You said: CALVINISM CAN INCLUDE EVANGELISM I think you meant evangelization... which is the attempt to bring someone to christianity or to tell them about the gospel. Sounds like you probably reformed, if so I have a question for...

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

I don't think anyone on this thread stated that Jews and Muslims and Christians serve the same God. I could have missed it, but I don't think so.

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

For what? No problem. @amigo de christo stated that he didn't know about reformed theology. I just wanted to say that it's not an easy topic to learn.... it's so far from what Jesus taught... And then there's The Confessions they throw at you... The Baptist Confession, The Westminster...

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

I know a lot of Christians that don't know about the reformed/calvinist faith. Maybe I became interested to learn about it because I couldn't believe my initial encounter with these doctrine and how out of touch they were with everything I knew. So it took years of reading and digesting stuff...

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

Sure I understand it.... and what you're saying is OK. But you ask me questions and I answer what the bible teaches. It's OK if you don't care to know beyond a certain point.... You WILL get there eventually, in time. I had many questions when I started to read the bible. I was helped by...

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

Ok I see what you mean. Spirit, heart, life .... It's all the same idea. Let's try this: We invite Jesus into our heart. We are joined with God through our spirit. We invite the Holy Spirit to join us in our lives. I do want to also say that we are all born again in a different way... I...

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

YES. All mainline Christian denominations agree on basic Christian doctrine. As I've stated before but which you do not understand is this: a nuance could be disgareed on..... a basic doctrine cannot be disagreed on. I don't TRASH any denomination... I state and uphold that some are UNBIBLICAL.

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

Theologians don't tell you what to believe. They explain what the bible is saying.... Would you ever have understood about Hades by yourself? If you didn't it would be OK,,,,but if you keep posting here, you're going to hear stuff that will need explaining.

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

So what are you saying? That Jesus would have accepted ANY response? Jesus said the lawyer answered correctly. THERE IS A CORRECT ANSWER. If the lawyer had answered incorrectly, Jesus would have told him so. Remember that Jesus told His followers,,, Matthew 23:3 3therefore all that they tell...

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

You know, I'm not going to keep repeating the same post over and over again. If you don't know my position by now, you never will. Again.... Christianity was decided upon with teachings 2,000 years ago. Not today, not 500 years ago, 2,000 years ago. If you don't believe what Jesus, Paul...

    IS THE REFORMED FAITH BIBLICAL?

You're replying to @Lambano and I think this is a good conversation. He's right that you invite Jesus into your heart. Do you think He forced His way in? No Of course not. When you open the door to Jesus...Rev 3:20 you are actually inviting Him in. In that scripture Jesus says He will dine...
