Look, without Acts 2:38 you have no remission of sins. It does not matter if you quote the Epistles until you are blue in the face. You must first obey Acts 2:38 to qualify for the rest of Acts and the Epistles. You are still stuck in the Old Testament and under the Law. No kidding.
