For me, it's rice and bread. Bread has gotten a lot of bad press. But Jesus liked bread so it can't be that bad. It's delicious and Im not giving it up. I have lost 22 pounds last year but I refused to eliminate any food group in the process.

Lately Ive been spending time with a Christian group on an app called Discord. It's been a tremendous experience. People there are very considerate, mature, and edifying.... I still love this forum though despite the squabbles. I think Ive gotten the hang of when to get in and when to opt out.

Last week we had a day where it was sunny and in the 60s (Farenheit). It was great!! A lot of my strength returned on that day.

Slightly warm in NC today too. Bright sun.

Today was the first ultrasound. My husband was with me. We got to see our baby, this 2.5 inch wriggly cuteness with a big head. I cried. It was incredible. We went home with photos of black and white ultrasound pictures.

Today was my father-in-law's birthday. We celebrated at his place and went to the in-laws church. It was a moving service. I got a call from my brother. Sometimes he likes to call on Sundays. We talked about a shared interest in learning the different cultures of the world.
