Does it matter which version of the Bible you read?

Doesn’t he speak to us every day when we wake up? God calls and speaks to all, every day. He gives us life. The breath of life.

Does it matter which version of the Bible you read?

Why do you have so much fight in you about the King James Version of the Bible? Can you just openly explain or express that to me? I get it’s a wonderful Bible, don’t get me wrong I like how it reads. However perhaps maybe that Queen James Bible would be highly offensive to anyone in Christian...

Does it matter which version of the Bible you read?

People can use a Bible and make a religion out of it

Does it matter which version of the Bible you read?

I’m just glad God is founded not in a Bible. But within the hearts of believers. That to me makes a huge difference.

Does Satan run the world? Or does God?

Do you really not wonder about those on their death bed, sad they didn’t see the Lord return? I realize you live in Israel and expect a return there but what about your families before you? Did they also hold on to Jesus is coming back soon?

Does it matter which version of the Bible you read?

That’s just a quote from the Bible. Anyone can do that. All the best to you, it’s pointless to argue about. I don’t care what you use. ”“Come to me all of you who are tired from the heavy burden you have been forced to carry. I will give you rest. Accept my teaching. Learn from me. I am gentle...

Does it matter which version of the Bible you read?

It’s not a perfectly worded Bible. But you can continue to promote the one you love and hold dear to you heart. I just think it makes you look like a person who is stiffed necked. And don’t allow for others to decide for themselves what to use.

Does it matter which version of the Bible you read?

I ain’t never read a Bible verse that says “you must only use King James Version, all other versions are a heretical lie!” @Michiah-Imla you gotta let some leeway in.

Does it matter which version of the Bible you read?

Yeah I have had trouble with that verse in the past, but Jesus wasn’t going just yet. He may have some other business before going up there, and he decided to do it privately. I don’t see it as a Omg! Throw that Bible away! Why do you care so much and have so much passion ? Could explain that...

    God is male/female

He also presents himself in the feminine form, such as mercy, loving kindness, etc. Still doesn’t make God any less masculine or any less feminine. Are you sure? Someone can fake compassion, and fake mercy all while behind their heart they desire to murder. And all sins have been forgiven...

Does it matter which version of the Bible you read?

I don’t think he ever lied. He is the Son of God. Why would he lie? People suggest that Jesus lied about coming back…. To that generation. It all comes down to the heart. I don’t care if he likes my post or not. I’m just being straightforward, with no feelings or emotions involved. I’m not...

Does Satan run the world? Or does God?

Everything is debatable. You know, I wonder how those who were on their deathbed promised to see Christ coming, only not to have it happen. It’s a sad thing to lead person to have solid foundation on that hope alone… Cause that’s all they will do is sit and wait… never progress or mature in the...

Does Jesus still pray to God? Will he forevermore pray to God?

From my understanding we are to worship Yahavah and pray in Jesus name. With Jesus no longer being on the right hand throne, it seems we continue to pray openly to God having access to him by and through the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord Yeshua and his victory? Does Jesus have...

Unethical treatment of LGBTQ humans / Understanding LGBTQ - 101

I don’t believe no one on earth is a god but the judge on the stand if I’m in a court of law. I guess my supervisors are god applying to the nature of the world. 1 Corinthians 2:15 The person with the Spirit makes judgments about all things, but such a person is not subject to merely human...

Eves emotional drive, desired the fruit, and disobeyed God

Today emotional drive is prevalent in the world and many people react in their emotions, and feelings. Many people are happy to go to churches as long as there is not a lot of the Bible being taught, plenty of coffee and a band to play the music, and little of the word which pierces the joints...

Eves emotional drive, desired the fruit, and disobeyed God

She just simply seen the fruit as good for wisdom, from what I take. Disobeying, God and his commandment. ”So water came up from the earth and spread over the ground. Then the Lord God took dust from the ground and made a man. He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nose, and the man...

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

Our purpose is to help other continue in believing. Not become faithless, and ever turning away from God. People have to decide.
  19. MatthewG

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

Unless a person renounces their faith… that’s the only thing. Turning away from God completely. God knows who do so, could have been believers who choose to believe other things rather than in him.

Does it matter which version of the Bible you read?

None of those tidbits change anything that has been presented to me about the Lord Jesus Christ. I’m already affirmed in the death, burial, and resurrection and what the spirit produces in those who are Gods.
