Do you guys support any of the "non-mainstream" party candidates? Such as Nikki Haley, Andrew Yang, Jill Stein, Marianne Williamson?

Im never been involved with politics. I dont even know my own local government officals, and show up to any set up meetings, in my own town.

Christianity is essentially admitting you are God without admitting you are God

Sometimes, it’s a wonder if God is able to keep himself from knowing all the time by waiting patiently and allow an outcome to happen in which he responds and acts accordingly. He probably considered all the possibilities in which way allowed for him not to be surprised.

    Scripture in Context

“Take care, brothers and sisters, that there will not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God. But encourage one another every day, as long as it is still called “today,” so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. For we have...

My agnostic friend says: "I don't need it." - How would you respond?

I would just say "Okay" and continue on with life. If times occurred of sharing and allowance of sharing things pertaining to the bible, then so be it.

Is Sound Doctrine Essential for Salvation?

JBO, Many people like try and debate scripture. While a good discussion can be had between two people, and draw out their own conclusions between one another, at the end of the day, if there is a difference of opinions, it is not a cause for 'victory' in the sense that is why debates are done...

Jesus died on the cross, for His Father and the World. Taking on the Worlds sins, and paid for the World and the sins of all people, in order for reconciliation to be had; which mankind lost in the Garden of Eden.

    Scripture in Context

All the best! The writer of Hebrews talks about those who once had the holy spirit, and then eventually became unbelieving. I believe that a person can either have a faithful believing heart, sometimes they may waver with doubt here and there like the old prophets of old, or they can have an...

Is Sound Doctrine Essential for Salvation?

Doesnt matter to me, if decide to use what Paul wrote to believers in that day. It still doesnt stop Gods way of working by the spirit in faith; the new covenant in place which was shared earlier. I dont care if you agree or disagree. I still will say, if a person has faith towards God, loves...

Is Sound Doctrine Essential for Salvation?

Does not matter when someone decides to be humble, and bow before a God that is unseen and call out to Him. He sees them as a person who has faith. You may miss the point of “God writes his laws on the hearts and minds of those who are his,” God can lead a person to be guided by the spirit and...

I can see God pulling me out of boredom days

All the best to you and your family, and all on the board. Maybe youll have the motivation, the spirit is willingly but the flesh is weak. Always good to read and talk about the bible with others who are willingly.

Why do alot of Christian denominations have a problem with looking into the Past for the return of Christ?

Not looking to convert anyone. As far as I know people who come to this website in someway or forum desire a connection with a being higher then themselves and seek God out in faith. When it comes to beliefs, its all personal and subjective between the individual and God. There are people who...

Why do alot of Christian denominations have a problem with looking into the Past for the return of Christ?

To restore the world back to the way it was in the Garden of Eden. Before Jesus came, there was not such a personal connection with God as he dwells in believers today. After Jesus came, he made a decision to do the will of God, and gave up his life; for the Love of his father, and the love of...

Is God sending people straight to hell when they die, today?

I dont know personally. Its up for conjecture. However I choose to believe perhaps it was real people or it was those who were faithful and woke up to realize Jesus was resurrected from the dead and became spiritually alive in Christ.

What is the initial evidence of the Baptism with the Holy Spirit?

““Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of mankind and the seed of animals. And just as I have watched over them to uproot them, tear them down, ruin, destroy, and bring disaster on them, so I will watch over them...

Why do alot of Christian denominations have a problem with looking into the Past for the return of Christ?

You are more than free to believe what you will. When those terms come up, sometimes people just leave it as it is. Perhaps the second death is like dying to self, in the afterlife. I do believe the lake of fire that people part take is coming from God and it is something able to purge through...

Still wouldnt rule out that it is not possible for a person to also renounce faith. Other than that good post.
