Revelation 12:9 NKJV — So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

I don't believe the battle has reached its conclusion. The next verses tell us the result of the battle when it is won.

I won't be dogmatic about this, because I'm not aware of any place the Bible definitively declares when this war begins. But I think it likely began almost 2000 years ago, when Jesus was resurrected. I think it has been in progress since that that time.

Here the Bible jndicates that a war between angels is begun. Those loyal to the Captain of the Host, fighting those who rebelled with Satan when he fell.

That is the passage I want to focus on. I'd like to break it down into smaller pieces to study it in more detail, but reading the whole passage first helps us keep things in context.

People cannot be healed of horrific abuses until they know the truth about them. HE has to reveal it...it would be horrible for a man to try, not knowing how it would be received. God knows when a heart is prepared to receive the truth, and what form it should be expressed in.
