Who Created or Made a Sin Nature?

You missed it. Do a word study of Eve, Cain, and Able...and you will see that the giver of life created a spear to kill the sons of Adam. Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things

    What is the third woe?

Tell that to the prophets of old who were rejected and killed for telling the truth from God. There was no majority understanding like you now suggest--just the opposite, and you repeat it. Nothing new under the sun.

    The Sin Nature

In other words, it can and does go both ways. Which confirms that the scriptures are spiritually discerned. Which is a relatively new idea regarding the scriptures. What was written was the main rule, until Jesus repeatedly referred to hearing what the Spirit says. Anyway, language skills now...

    The Sin Nature

Maybe you could edit that so it is understandable.

    What is the third woe?

I could likewise say, If you are not willing to renew your mind, why listen indeed? But these are the times foretold of being lead into all truth by the Spirit who is the purveyor of divers gifts individually for the benefit of all, just as it was arranged by Jesus. Which Jesus as much as said...

    The Sin Nature

Granted, the context of what Paul said was not separate from his circumstances and therefore it can easily be denied as being a general and biblical principle of having come to Christ, no longer he who lives, but Christ who lives in him; or that the Oneness that Christ had prayed for included...

    The Sin Nature

He didn't, that's not what I said. Paul said, "For me, to live is Christ."

    The Sin Nature

I would say that is a pretty good definition of just what it is to be Christ. It does after all agree with what Paul said, even of himself.

    The Sin Nature

Most believe He was and is God, but that He became a man for a brief time giving up His position to qualify Himself as a mere man to save us from sin according to the requirement of the Father.

    The Sin Nature

That is not the point. The point is that Jesus became flesh and dwelt among us to bear the burden of sin for our salvation. He became the sacrifice without spot or blemish. Does that make Him greater than all other men? Yes. Does that mean He was not tempted like other men? No. Either way...

    Is God finished with Israel?

What need for a remnant is there after "It is finished?" Nonetheless, all the promises of God are true.

    Is God finished with Israel?

You not perceiving what has happened does not mean it has not happened.

    Is God finished with Israel?

I did show, but the reader has not understood.

    Is God finished with Israel?

Why do you look for another day, when He already came and declared that His time was then at hand? I tell you--such is the lie of strong delusion. As for the remnant, "It is finished." Their house is left desolate.

    Is God finished with Israel?

No...the three wise men make a better fulfillment of Deut 29:22. Besides, Jesus used "this generation" many times referring to His generation. Did you look them all up? If the "gap" theory of Daniel's prophecy were true, that would make Jesus psychotic. The theory doesn't hold water.

    Is God finished with Israel?

No comparison. So, your faith is in confused language rather than in Jesus' clear claim of fulfilled prophecy. Fine. Do you really believe that slaughtering a pig... I've said enough.

Is all of the Bible written to us

Not that you have all the admins correctly defined...but that is not the issue--you are exactly right, just as the apostle Paul said, we must rightly divided the word of truth.

    Is God finished with Israel?

Keep believing the lie if you want, but Jesus claimed it ("Your house is left to you desolate"). The abomination was what was done to Him. He did not make the Holy place unclean, they did.
  19. ScottA

    Is God finished with Israel?

Tell us then...what abomination is greater than the crucifixion of the Son of God? (Rhetorical) I tell you--the abomination that makes desolation is fulfilled, for which Christ is called "the End." Therefore, He said, "See! Your house is left to you desolate."

    Is God finished with Israel?

No...but Israel has become "the dead in Christ" as many died before salvation came, but have proceeded "we who are alive and remain." Thus, it is written: "But many who are first will be last, and the last first."
