    about Suicide

You may not have noticed that repentance is a state of heart and God judges the heart. There is only one unforgiveable sin. Think - the thief on the cross - did he confess his sins ? No Jesus did not require that - just a believing heart.

    about Suicide

Three murderers wrote most of the Bible. If you knew the difference between compassion and sacrifice you would not have condemned the innocent.

God is Love - do we believe Him or you ???

BBJ. said. "If that was true... He wouldn't be the "Holy" Spirit. It should be our great joy to hear the Lord's correction in all aspects of our lives thru the Holy Spirit." Me... Your response makes no sense - you seem incapable of reason and are limited to trotting out a theology. In...

    about Suicide

This is a nonsense - the Love of God constrains us and the Fear of God keeps us in righteousness. No one who really loves Jesus wants to sin. Believing in the assurance of salvation does not cause a believer to sin.

    about Suicide

Actually no - The Holy Spirit brings conviction personally regarding certain sinful acts we need to repent of, He does not detail every aspect of where we fall short of the Holiness of God, that would be never ending.

    about Suicide

A very close friend of mine was suicidal. What broke the drive to self harm, was when God spoke to her saying - "If you take your life I will not love you any less." No more suicidal thoughts or urge... Praise God.

    about Suicide

Do you ever attain to the perfection of Jesus ? Are you aware of every sin you commit? Are you always where Jesus would be, and doing what is appointed, hearing the Father perfectly? When you die there will be sins you have committed that will be un-noticed, someone you didn't speak to...

More biblical proof that supports Amillennialism

Neither - it is not in the Greek text.

How does that align with... Heb 10 4 For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.

More biblical proof that supports Amillennialism

Yes God required it to be done as a way of preparing mankind to understand the one true sacrifice when He arrived - an object lesson - like the blood on the doorposts - obedience honoured by God but not the ultimate atonement to come in Christs blood.

More biblical proof that supports Amillennialism

Exactly and eternal is both eternal past and eternal future. The Cross is a timeless event anchored in History. The OT saints by faith are under the blood of Jesus as are all spiritual children of Abraham.

More biblical proof that supports Amillennialism

No... because it was stated clearly as follows... Heb 10 4 For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.

More biblical proof that supports Amillennialism

So how do Old Covenant saints enter heaven if they do not have the atonement through the Blood of Christ ?

More biblical proof that supports Amillennialism

I have no issue with Heb 9:26 but there are different interpretations. I am keen to know how you perceive the sins of Old Covenant saints were atoned for.

More biblical proof that supports Amillennialism

Not clear and plain about this issue... How were the sins of the Old Covenant Saints atoned for? when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things that have come, then through the greater and more perfect tent (not made with hands, that is, not of this creation) 12 he entered once for...

More biblical proof that supports Amillennialism

The Cross is a timeless event - a God event in His timelessness. His blood covered the righteous in faith throughout the whole of history. There was one crucifixion anchored in time but timeless in action.

How long have you been a Christian?

First off I don't think there is any one church that you have to hunt for. Jesus used very imperfect folks to birth His church and so it continues. Sure you must look for Love and a respect for Scripture but the most important matter is to learn to hear Him and go in obedience to where He...

I will repeat references in a modern translation - no worries. I wasn't implying salvation through baptism, just gathering a bigger picture... Jeremiah 15 15 You know, Lord; Remember me, take notice of me, And take vengeance for me on my persecutors. Do not, in view of Your patience, take me...

I was out of church for about 7 years after being asked to bring a word to a Pastor that he didn't want to receive, yet proved accurate. His church shrunk from 150 to 15 as God moved to correct the issue. Now I am back in church - not because there are no problems, but because He has a work for...
