    Is Drinking a sin?

18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; 19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; 20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus...

    Is Drinking a sin?

Drinking or taking any intoxicant will open us up to sin.

Why I believe in the rapture.

The rapture will definitely happen prior to the GT. The Church is not appointed to wrath. You can count on that. We are free from the Law, unlike sinners. We are free from the wrath of the Law, unlike sinners.

Folks are tired of a reformation and hunger for a transformation, which Acts 2:38 will provide

No, Peter does.... 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Folks are tired of a reformation and hunger for a transformation, which Acts 2:38 will provide

Your problem is you think that Jesus taught "he that believeth and is not baptized shall be saved".... Which is exactly opposite of what he actually said. You also think that Jesus was pretty dumb, saying that unbelievers would also be baptized thus be condemned.

Folks are tired of a reformation and hunger for a transformation, which Acts 2:38 will provide

No, Jesus said.... 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. Obviously, Jesus knew that Acts skippers would not believe and be baptized. They would only say the "believe". They would even redefine the verse to say this.... 16 He that...

No, you are saved like Peter says in Acts 2:38...when you receive remission of sins via water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins. We are not permitted to delete Peter's 1st command to sinners of Acts 2:38.

Folks are tired of a reformation and hunger for a transformation, which Acts 2:38 will provide

They were given the Holy Ghost to lead them to remission of sins per water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ. The Holy Ghost experience legitimized Peter's command to them to be baptized. The Holy Ghost was never given to justify someone's current belief system. It is given to drive them to...

All Acts skippers will be with all humans that were ever conceived to be judged here... 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in...

The Acts skippers favorite verse.... 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every None of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. LOL

The Holy Ghost does not remit sins. The Holy Ghost leads folks to remission of sins per baptism per Acts 2:38. Now you know why the Spirit is given to unbaptized(unremitted) individuals.

The Apostles were commissioned by Jesus in Matt 28 to baptize them with water after teaching them. Jesus would baptize with the Spirit after the Apostles explained what it is. You decommission the great commission.

Folks are tired of a reformation and hunger for a transformation, which Acts 2:38 will provide

I see what you think now.... You think Acts 10 is a clarification of Acts 2:38. You think Peter knew he blew it with requiring baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of the Jew's sins, so he dropped the requirement in Acts 10 to just "believe only". Fact is.... whom ye have...

So the works of the Apostle speaking the word is part of the Spirit baptism as God used his voice to trigger salvation?

God does not replace our human spirit with His, he just fixes it with His divine nature. He makes it like Adam's used to be before the fall.

Our human spirit disintegrated and a new one was installed? Wouldn't be better to say a divine hard drive reboot happened?

21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: ...what's wrong with this picture?

Folks are tired of a reformation and hunger for a transformation, which Acts 2:38 will provide

Our human spirit is saved by God's Spirit as they commune. Our physical body is not saved, but only our human spirit. The mind of Christ is a "hostile takeover" of our minds by Christ, via the baptism of the Holy Ghost. It becomes the new influencer and savior of our human spirit.

A spirit led work, yes indeed. The Spirit led work is not to be confused with the biblical description of the works of the law.
