Only the church founded in Acts 2 is the true church. For anyone to be part of that church they must have the identical doctrine and experience of the church, starting with Acts 2:38(1st command from the Apostles). The rest are counterfeits of the original, Acts 2 church.

Peter commend them to be baptized in Acts 2 and 10. Phillip commands the eunuch to be baptized in Acts 8. Paul commands them to be baptized in Acts 19. You command folks to ignore baptism in the 32 chapter of your imagination.
