    The Ten is both Moses and Jesus law. Jesus summarized the ten in two; love God and love one another. Jesus explained how to love God and love one another in great detail in His gospels. Jesus upgraded moral law. E.g., Jesus says to love your enemy. Moses says "eye for eye".

    Moses' law is ceremonial, sin offering and many, many laws. Have your read book of Deuteronomy? Jesus' law is mostly about the Ten commands. And He explained it in detail how we love God and love one another in His Gospels, mostly in sermon on the mount.

    Just because it is in the Bible does not mean it is worth practicing. Many sinful practices are recorded too. We need to discern what is of God or not by knowing what God is all about. All good and bad examples are there for us to learn to practice what is godly. blessings.
