Gnosticism and OSAS are two different worlds.

It is very important that we feel secure in our salvation.

I would note that it is hard to find people secure in their salvation these days.

Go to a church these days and try a OSAS discussion. You will likely get a strange look and a... What??? Even in Baptist churches these days such a discussion will give people the feeling that you are a troublemaker.

I have attended charismatic churches in which people are so weak in their salvation that just looking at them wrong is enough to drive them away from church.
