    Mother Teresa

This is simply my 2 cents... One day someone may be looking over your life, your social media post, comments, etc. and will think, surely this person was not saved! We've all done / said things that were wrong but that does not mean that is a fully accurate description of us. We see snapshots of...

    Strong Women In Today's World

Lol, there are things that are simply “not my thing” either. Many disliked my wife where we originally went to church since she wasn’t your original “southern homemaker” who stayed home with kids but has her own business. I am the leader of our marriage but not the dictator, Christ is my head...

    The body of Moses hid?

God buried Moses (Deut. 34:5-7) Moses was such an incredible servant of the LORD that Satan was still wanting to get him after he died.

    We LOVE the CATHOLICS!

A good conversation is always good. It helps us grow. As I’ve heard “ByGrace” say, I don’t like putting God in a box, and that’s a outlook to have. Clearly God’s ways are higher than anything we can know in every full detail. I believe it’s good that we leave room to grow. I’m young, I have...

    Empathy

It is still in the DSM-5. It just got moved under personality disorder. My wife is a therapist, I see the book laying around the house when she brings it home sometimes. It's interesting material. Narcissistic Personality Disorder DSM-5 301.81 (F60.81) I do agree that empathy is something...

Looking for advice: Can women be pastors

As a chaplain I'm only going to be making around 40k a year before taxes. So lets break it down, if my wife is simply a homemaker watching the kids. -We will need two cars: She can't be stranded at home with no transportation (Dr. appointments, errands, emergencies, etc.) -We will need two...

Looking for advice: Can women be pastors

Society has changed and things are not what they were when our parents were younger. Even without material items the cost of living has greatly increased. It's not impossible depending on where you live and if you have a great job but there are many people in our area who simply cannot survive...

Looking for advice: Can women be pastors

Can you clarify this statement? When the word home maker is used, is it suggesting that the wife is to be just at home, not working at a job, and raising the kids? Very few households can manage to live off 1 income nowadays especially if children are included.

So I should go to the Kingdom Hall? And I'm not constrained, I'm open with what I personal believe with them. I didn't say it was a bad church or that I'm miserable there, I'm just asking for insight on this subject.
