Babylon – The Great City - Jerusalem -Then and Today!

Ok, I can agree with you on this point. That being said, the OT promises are not meant for Jews, they are meant for Jews that accept Jesus as the Messiah. Would you agree with that statement?

Babylon – The Great City - Jerusalem -Then and Today!

Ok, what about a Jew today? Let’s say some has for the last 80 years denied Jesus and was by all accounts considered a Jew. If that person died today, would that person be grafted back in at some future point or would that person be permanently broken off? To me it seems everyone who denies...

Revelation chapter 20 - Gog and Magog

I have currently come to the heavenly Jerusalem, just like Hebrews 12:22 says. If you haven’t come to it yet, then I can understand why you might not accept the heavenly/New Jerusalem exists today. Your profile says your from Mount Morris. I could claim there is no Mount Morris in this current...

Babylon – The Great City - Jerusalem -Then and Today!

Alright Doug, let’s take a closer look at this. You have Jews inheriting one thing and Gentiles inheriting something else. Colossians 1:12(NIV) and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light. It appears to me...

Babylon – The Great City - Jerusalem -Then and Today!

To be honest here, I’m not convinced that you have enough faith in your own view to take the necessary steps that your view provides to insure inheritance in the promised land.

Babylon – The Great City - Jerusalem -Then and Today!

Here’s the thing, I think believers such as myself are spiritual Jews and we have inherited the promised land. I don’t think you agree with me on that but I am a Christian who definitely does want to inherit the promised land. Based on your view, what advice do you have for someone like me, who...

Babylon – The Great City - Jerusalem -Then and Today!

Sure, but if I want to inherit the promised land I have to be a Jew, right? If I were to believe your view is correct then I would be better off becoming a Jew now so I could inherit that promised land.

Babylon – The Great City - Jerusalem -Then and Today!

Let’s say you meet a Jew when you’re witnessing to others about becoming a Christian. Why would any Jew want to become a Christian now if your view is correct? I certainly wouldn’t want to join another religion that said Christians will rule over them in the future, it would be obviously better...

Babylon – The Great City - Jerusalem -Then and Today!

Ok, so if all you said is true then currently a person who is a Gentile would be better off becoming a Jew now so that in a future millennium they can reign over the nations. If a person remains a Gentile then they are the ones who will be ruled over. Are you planning on becoming a Jew or are...

Babylon – The Great City - Jerusalem -Then and Today!

Ok, so are Gentile saints going to be given the promised land or is it only going to be given to Jewish saints?

Babylon – The Great City - Jerusalem -Then and Today!

Who do you propose the kings of the earth are? Revelation 1:5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, From this verse we know that...

TRUE MEANING OF THE SEVEN THUNDERS PROPHECY

I’m going to say this with as much brotherly love and kindness as I can. We all have incorrect doctrine somewhere. I doubt there are any two Christians that completely agree on every single verse. If a Christian knows they have something incorrect, they will eventually change that view else...

TRUE MEANING OF THE SEVEN THUNDERS PROPHECY

That’s like insisting 1+1=3 and telling me to wait and see if it’s true after I turn in my homework. The point is not moot, the point proves you need to correct your understanding of the scriptures. God is not the author of confusion, these things have to make sense.

TRUE MEANING OF THE SEVEN THUNDERS PROPHECY

Well, is there time in the millennium or not?
  15. G

TRUE MEANING OF THE SEVEN THUNDERS PROPHECY

If the millennium is a literal thousand years then time would still be a reality during the millennium. That would mean that the seventh trumpet sounds after the millennium, if time is no longer when the seventh trumpet is sounded. Is that part of the point you’re trying to make here?

Babylon – The Great City - Jerusalem -Then and Today!

If the wisemen visiting Jesus at His birth was fulfilled then you should be able to name those wisemen. So what are their names?

Babylon – The Great City - Jerusalem -Then and Today!

Matthew 24:34Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. Your problem is that all those things have already been fulfilled which means that generation did pass after that fulfillment.

Revelation chapter 20 - Gog and Magog

I would say this, on the one hand, from God’s perspective, everything is already known and if God wanted it another way He could’ve made that happen. From our human perspective it appears as though we have free will, that is, outside of anything that has been prophesied about us. It was...

Revelation chapter 20 - Gog and Magog

I can see how a remnant were saved and the rest blinded. The remnant were saved by grace and weren’t blinded because sight was a gift to them. The rest that claimed they had spiritual insight were blinded and their sin remained. John 9:39And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world...

Revelation chapter 20 - Gog and Magog

I agree. A person who is blind in part doesn’t have the free will to choose not to be blind in part and a person who isn’t blind in part isn’t necessarily a believer. Can you give us your explanation of what blindness in part means?
