    Offenders in the kingdom

Are you saying unbelievers inhabit the kingdom but haven’t actually entered it? How would that be possible?

    Offenders in the kingdom

Satan sowing the tares prior to a Premil millennium isn’t an issue, it’s when some Premil try to place the parable of the tares as occurring in the millennium, that causes the issue. Some people on the one hand want to say the kingdom hasn’t been established yet but Satan has already sown the...

    Offenders in the kingdom

Unbelieving Jews are most like in view in Matthew 7. In Matthew 12:24 the Pharisees said Jesus cast out devils by Beelzebub the prince of the devils. Then in Matthew 12:27 Jesus says by whom do your children cast them out. Unless you think the Pharisees children were somehow believers in Jesus...

    Offenders in the kingdom

Ok, then Jesus sowed the seed in His kingdom already along with Satan sowing the tares. How do you come to this conclusion if Jesus and Satan have already sowed their seeds?

    Offenders in the kingdom

Right, I agree there are unsaved people in the corporate church but John 3:5 can’t be referring to the corporate church unless someone can lose their salvation or be born again and then be not born again.

    Offenders in the kingdom

In Matthew 13:24-25 a man sowed good seed in His field, then the enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat. If the kingdom hasn’t been established yet and only takes place in a future millennium then that is when Satan will sow the tares. How can Satan do that when he is in the bottomless pit?

    Offenders in the kingdom

So how do the offenders get into the kingdom in the first place? John 3:5 tells us only born again people can enter the kingdom.

    Offenders in the kingdom

Let’s look at Matthew 23:13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in. Prior to the cross people were entering the kingdom by way of the Law. At some...

    Offenders in the kingdom

Sure, so how did those who offend get into the kingdom in the first place?

    Offenders in the kingdom

Ok, so currently there are unsaved people in the kingdom of God? Is that your view?

    Offenders in the kingdom

If I understand you correctly, you’re placing the parable of the weeds, in Matthew 13, as taking place in the millennium, correct? If so how does Satan sow the tares when he is bound in the bottomless pit?

    Offenders in the kingdom

Nearly every translation on Biblehub has “enter the kingdom” for John 3:5, including NKJ. John 3:5 (NKJ) Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. There are other verses such as Matthew 18:3 that also suggest...

    Offenders in the kingdom

Yea, I knew that was going to come up. I’m personally a OSAS person and I don’t want to debate that here. I will agree with you that a NOSAS view can give a good explanation for this while still having the angels gather out the offenders in the future. Let’s see what the OSAS group has to say...

    Offenders in the kingdom

Matthew 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; 42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto...

Jesus already came, but you did not see him - explained Daniel 7

@Timtofly Here is what you said in post #25 … Now you’re saying this … Which kingdom is the parable of the weeds referring to? I thought you had the millennial kingdom taking place after the second coming. Do you have another kingdom taking place in between the second coming and the...

Jesus already came, but you did not see him - explained Daniel 7

I think most Amils have the kingdom of God/heaven being the church with the tares being unsaved people in the church. Satan sowing the tares during the millennium is one problem for Amil but there is also the problem of John 3:5 where only born again people can enter the kingdom. If you hold...

Jesus already came, but you did not see him - explained Daniel 7

In post #13 I asked you if none of the verses that refer to the kingdom of heaven/kingdom of God are referring to the millennial kingdom, you answered, in post #15 that was correct. I guess we just found an exception. Since the Matthew 13 parable of the weeds is referring to the millennial...

Jesus already came, but you did not see him - explained Daniel 7

I agree, Christ in us can be viewed as the kingdom of God in us. Here’s a problem though, in Matthew 13:41-42 the angels gather, out of the kingdom, those who offend and do iniquity, and cast them into the furnace. John 3:5 says Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter...

Jesus already came, but you did not see him - explained Daniel 7

Ok, so there’s nobody on the entire planet that believes we are not in the kingdom in a spiritual way? Why then would some people try to interpret verses such as Luke 17:21, which says the kingdom of God is within you, as the kingdom of God is in the midst of you? And why would people argue...

Jesus already came, but you did not see him - explained Daniel 7

In Matthew 13:24-30 is the parable of the weeds, which is speaking of the kingdom of heaven. In Matthew 13:36-43 Jesus explains the parable. Matthew 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity...
