Sadly, just because someone says they are christian it doesnt mean they do not cause problems to others. I choose to take everything christian say with a pinch of salt and take it all at face value. We should deal with people as souls not as we see them in this world.

A meek and quiet spirit comes through studying the bible asking God for these qualities and also being forgetful and thankful in times of problems.

If you see spirits around you , you must rebuke them in the name of Jesus. Spirits that someone sees are not there to be inspiring.

I do not think the Holy Spirit literally appears to people, its possible but highly unlikely. When God does something it has symbloic meaning. The Holy Spirit would not want you to get into a car crash. God speaks through His word and He shows up through our understanding of the bible.
