    "Before Abraham Was, I AM"

In English, it is faith alone, since only those who have deeds have faith, but the Latin fide is not defined this way. Trust which is not the equivalent of obedience and is what fide is. Do the Ten Commandments still apply under the new covenant today?

The use of the word one implies the instance of something doing something in Hebrew and the same in Greek. This is not like English where one does not necessarily imply an action.

Do the Ten Commandments still apply under the new covenant today?

@GodsGrace δι' οὗ τὰ πάντα ἐγένετο· With whom, of/from all, he was not begun. Was that so hard? This statement has little meaning, except to say him not to be human. Edit: It seems unusual for the Greek negative to be used postpositively. And my translation is wrong. It actually, "with which...

Do the Ten Commandments still apply under the new covenant today?

Worthless to me without Greek or Latin, generally. Begotten means begun. I know this because I know the Greek verb does not mean anything genetic which is an etymological fallacy.

Paul was translated. Peter died of old age in Babylon.
