Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

That understanding (a one time event) is the fruit of the mistranslated words believe, believer, and believing.

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

I don't mind explaining it paul, let me know and we'll discuss it tomorrow. Lots to share!

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

Pisteuo or the application of Faith towards the living God is defined in the Vines Greek dictionary as " a personal surrender to Him and a life inspired by such surrender." That is not my opinion. With that said, I could share my understanding and experience of how that definition is fulfilled...

Not a big fan of Jamesl But a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while.

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

The woman knew her life was filthy rags. She wasn't trying to fulfill God's law by one good work. She genuinely offered her life in the state she was in, and Christ elevated that act of Faith to the same level as His work on the Cross. That is what God is looking for, Faith like that!

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

We come to Him by Faith, by pisteuo, by a Continually surrendered life!

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

It says exactly that in the Greek texts!

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

That's correct! Now your getting it! The word believes is a mistranslation of the Greek word pisteuo. Pisteuo is the corresponding verb to the noun Pistis, where we get our English word Faith. But the English language doesn't have a corresponding verb to the noun Faith like the Greek does for...

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

A sinful or Immoral woman! That's a gentle! But let's stick to what saving Faith is!

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

This thread is to add one more thing we are sure of to the mountain of evidence of what real saving Faith is. It defined perfectly in the Vines Greek dictionary. Pisteuo " is a personal surrender to Him and a life inspired by such surrender." No such thing as believing.

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

Was the woman with the alabaster box a Jew?

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

I've been a paulunist for 33 years, my teacher for 50 years. I just don't agree that when Jesus sent out the apostles and told them whenever this gospel is preached to tell what this woman did, he was only speaking to Jews. " Our Faith" pisteuo in the Greek is defined as " a personal surrender...

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

Today's called out ones are the same as Judas, " why this waste"? I can do more for God by keeping my life than just wasting it on Christ that way! She gave it willing, without being told or asked, she was drawn by the Father to respond this way! Nothing in return!

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

I was waiting to see if there was anyone who legitimately wanted to know, or just respond unkindly. Christ commands us ," wherever this gospel is preached, tell what this woman did." That pretty much is never done. What did this woman do? She brought the valuable oil, her most prize...

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

So I guess you don't know what Christ told us to do concerning the gospel? Anyone else?

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

This is a basic understanding of the good news of Christ and His work on the Cross.

Why do the self taught preach an incomplete gospel?

Unless we as called out ones are being perfected by the gifted teachers, we may find ourselves teaching a false gospel, the basic good news of Christ work on the Cross. There's a very important piece of the gospel, the good news that is never acknowledged. If it were correctly acknowledged, it...
