Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

I read that in the news the other day. And though the doctrine of annihilation is infinately more humane than eternal torment in hell fire, it too is false. Jesus Christ is the Saviour of the whole world and as much as the church hates to hear that, it is nevertheless true.

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

Sure, and all the parking spots at every church is marked " Handicapped" right? Yes Jack, and if you had been paying attention to the Word of God ( that's Christ by the way) you might have realized that everyone will believe on Christ. Let's read it again: Philippians 2:10-11 That at the name...

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

Funny thing Jack, I've never once walked into a church and seen the whole congregation missing their hands. And neither have you. So either Christians know that this verse is not to be taken literally or they just don't believe as much as they claim to. Sure. Try this on for size: John 12 47...

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

As I said your hell does not exist. Hades, gehenna, tartaroo, sheol, the pit, the grave, the lake of fire all exist. But, to turn all of those into some fabled christian hellhole is lazy, deceitful, fearful and downright sinful. That kind of dishonesty has deceived the whole world. Satan was...

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

That day will come Jack. Philippians 2:10-11 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Because Jesus never said billions...

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

Gee, St. Steven, don't you know that God created earth to be one giant soul processing plant and that in the end Satan takes home the biggest prize? These folks should wear shirts that read "Go team Satan"

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

Ah, the retort of a simple mind. You shouldn't be, and no one suggested that. What I said was: "You should be ashamed of yourself for declaring that Christ is not the Savior of the world." You sure like to spin things. That or you have reading comprehension issues. 1 John 4:14 And we have...

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

Actually, Satan loves when self proclaimed Christians, such as you, teach that he will claim more souls than our Father in Heaven. You should be ashamed of yourself for declaring that Christ is not the Savior of the world.

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

No Jack, Jesus did not say that. He literally said: And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: And he didn't say that either. You're being dishonest with yourself and everyone else reading this thread. Anyone with the God given ability to reason realizes that Jesus isn't speaking literally...

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

Do you still have your eyes Jack or is the only literal part of that verse "hell fire?"

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

Wow! You're awful quick to judge. I never said a thing about the grave being the end. You see, unlike you, I believe you must dead in order to be raised from from the dead.

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

To the same place believers go; the grave.

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

Those that believe in the false doctrine of eternal hell fire also tend to believe in other false doctrines such as the lie that man has an immortal soul. One lie leads to another and another.

Did the Apostle Paul believe in a forever burning hell?

Of course not. Paul would never have preached such blasphemy. Peace.
  15. Beebster

    Hell = choice or punishment?

Neither one. Hell is a fairy tale and those that preach it's existence will certainly be judged in the lake of fire for it. Peace.

Is the first resurrection physical or spiritual?

You deny that the Psalms are the inspired Word of god yet, you'll try to use the "anthology of David's and others poems" to prove : For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell (sheol); neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. (Psa 16:10) Because thou wilt not leave my soul in...

Is the first resurrection physical or spiritual?

It's rude to answer a question with a question so I'll ask again: Are you saying because it's "the song of King David" it's not the Word of God? Let me ask this way so there's no confusion: Do you believe the Psalms to be the inspired Word of God? No one said God Dies. But the Word of God says...

Is the first resurrection physical or spiritual?

Lazy. So is unscriptural opinion. Nope. Never found in scripture. Just another false doctrine. Neither is a false witness such as your opinion. More unscriptural opinion. Don't lie, you read it.

Is the first resurrection physical or spiritual?

Yes. So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen. (Mat 20:16) Yes, Christ's miracles are just as much a shadow as the OT prophecies. The Word of God.

Is the first resurrection physical or spiritual?

Are you saying because it's "the song of King David" it's not the Word of God? You missed the whole point. A soul must be kept alive else it DIES. No the soul is not returned to God; the soul is in the state of death which is in Hebrew "sheol" and in Greek "hades." The dead soul, not the...
