And actually I'd like to say that I don't think it's possible for all sin to be diminished, some of it has to be by grace in faith in Christ Jesus, such as our thoughts or if someone yells at us, we might react wrong, but other than that, most or all other sins can be overcome by our works...

How about when Jesus said "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.........'depart from Me, you who practise lawlessness!' " What does that mean? That certainly means salvation can be lost and if you practise...

Oh sorry, it says, "if we say we have not sinned, we make Him out to be a liar, and His word is not in us", which should mean that if we say we have not sinned before or never sinned then we make him out to be a liar, but currently you can sin no more. Seriously, it can be hard to listen to God...

"pracising"/intentionally sinning means you pay no mind to your sinning, you put no effort, you just say you're a sinner and you sin even though you could've resisted the devil..... "NOT practising"/NOT intentionally sinning means that you put in the effort to not sin, to resist the devil...
