Is it possible to lose salvation?

I do not interpret the Word as understand it as written with all the rules of grammar we know . I can detect false teaching simpl;y comparing the teaching with Scripture and see if it matches the core principles found in Scripture or not. Things like purgatory Mary ever virgin Mary is sinless...

Is it possible to lose salvation?

No they did not have to eat of the lamb. they had to take lambs blood at put it on the doorposts and lentel. this signified Jesus blood saving us and them. Well the last seder was just another seder and the Lords supper was established as an ordinance for the church to keep. But once again...

    Rapture ... soon?

If these were the only two verses in all the bible describing the great trib, I would agree with you. but as they make up less than 1% of all verses on the trib, when you combine them with the rest, you see it is a global event! The kingdom has not been established yet! t will happen approx...

    Rapture ... soon?

No the 70th week of Daniel or the tribulation as it is also called is a global event, not just something affecting Israel. the persecution under nero was just that only. Persecution under oner one Roman Emperor. During the last 7 years of human history prior to Jesus physical return, 2/3 of...

Is it possible to lose salvation?

Now you are equating the lamb with a specific piece of bread and a specific cup of wine. The lambs blood was literal but also typological of the blood that Jesus spreads on the door of our heart to remove sin. Which follows the pattern of numerous OT literal realities also being a type and...

Is it possible to lose salvation?

I said it not be a convincing argument. And I admit that the passage you cite, if left by itself is indeed powerfully compelling. But taking it with all the commentary in the NT> and the setting of the Passover Seder and which bread and which wine Jesus took, also is very powerful and...

Is it possible to lose salvation?

Have no clue where you got that OT translation. I checked 32 English translations and not one says that. Nice typologies, but that does not make Mary the new ark of the covenant. There bodies are in the grave! And other than fiat dictates from Romanists, there is nothing in the bible calling...

    Rapture ... soon?

Well I can't speak to all teh various things post tribbers believe in. But the Antichrist is the rider and teh stephanos crown and bow point to him conquering. I am convinced this is the time when he overthrows three of the ten world rulers and the other seven give their allegiance to him.

    Rapture ... soon?

The wrath of God aka the tribulation or 70th week of Daniel is a global event. It centers on Jerusalem, for its greatest purpose is to prepare the nation Of Israel to receive Her Messiah. Ezekiel 20:33-38 King James Version 33 As I live, saith the Lord God, surely with a mighty hand, and...

Is it possible to lose salvation?

See and I believe I am mired to the truth Jesus taught. So you have a differing opinion of me as I of you. I guess we shall leave it to when we stand before Jesus to know for certain. See I believe teh REformation rescued Christianity from the millennium of when Rome ransacked peoples lives...

Is it possible to lose salvation?

Never thought of myself as more righteous. I know my old nature to well to think I am better than others. And you are very wrong that I do not recognize spiritual authority. I am under a senior pastor and a group of elders. I do obey spiritual authority. If by reading it and understanding...

    Rapture ... soon?

I agree with all of these as events which must occur before His physical return to earth and many others as well. But the rapture of the church is not the return of Jesus to earth, it is His descending either to space or a layer of the atmosphere to take the church off the earth. this is a...

Go and Sin no more...is this possible?

Well this passage is hugely different from the others. Sin here is a noun and not a verb. Also commiteth is the present active participle which tells us Jesus was saying whoever practices sin is a slave to sin. So it is not commiting a single sin, but living in a sin.

    Rapture ... soon?

No they do not. If you keep verses in their proper context you would know it is speaking of the saved of the tribulation. The trib is the wrath of God. And Paul in thess. says we will be delivered from the wrath to come- that is why there is a pre trib rapture. Still waiting for your biblical...

    KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS

The Millennial kingdom on earth. but He foreknew they would reject, though He made a legitimate offer. Who is teaching you? Many of your esoteric teachings are not from go0d.

Is it possible to lose salvation?

Just to let you know; I was once a very real practicing Catholic. No more. However to honor someone whom I respect and admire deeply (who is Catholic) I am reading the following and studying them: Behold Your Mother (Marian theology) by Tim Staples Meeting the Protestant challenge by Karlo...

Go and Sin no more...is this possible?

Well as Jesus said sin no more and it is singular (not go and never commit any sins anymore) it is very possible to forsake a certain sin.

    KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS

Nope! Where do you get these esoteric teachings?

    Rapture ... soon?

I want you to prove that what I said; "the rapture has no pre-events attached to it: is a lie.

Is it possible to lose salvation?

As you are yours. that is more a compliment than insult for both of us. If you did not hold fast to your theology and only be moved by very compelling and empirical biblical evidence- I would consider you shallow, which I don't.
