Even some of the most obscure passages are threats to OSAS

Qvestion for everyone ... IF it's A-OK for believers to continue sinning whilst OSAS is true, why are there more than 100 verses written to the churches, which warn and threaten believers in those churches: -- sin leads to eternal death -- salvation can be lost -- eternal death can be gained --...

We really need to pay close attention to James’ warnings!

YUP, can't wait to give the old boy and big hug and kiss!

We really need to pay close attention to James’ warnings!

There are many possible reasons, which differ for each individual.

Even some of the most obscure passages are threats to OSAS

No habitual unrepentant sinner is "in Christ" until serious amends are made!

We really need to pay close attention to James’ warnings!

If all the proofs vs. OSAS were posted at once, the system would crash! James was writing to Jewish believers whose salvation was in doubt. And the best of what he has to offer is an old fav of mine, and should be an old fav of everyone who loves Jesus, but alas 'tis not … James 1:12-16...

5 of the more obvious passages about losing salvation

Signs and wonders accompanying the gospel can lead away the elect? Only if it's a false gospel, such as the "name it and claim it" prosperity gospel. I suggest that you join up with a Pentecostal/charismatic missionary group and head off somewhere in the world ... and get educated about what...

5 of the more obvious passages about losing salvation

Please try to understand ... -- Satan attacks Jesus' most anointed ones with the most power he can muster -- God's Truth can never be proven wrong by Satan or his little deceived ones -- Cessationism is from the very pits of hell, as are many other false doctrines

5 of the more obvious passages about losing salvation

Well, after being hijacked over about 100 posts, we are back on track (somewhat). Finding any kind of a true NT church in North America is just about impossible. Kuddos to the Lord for leading thou into Pentecostalism (is that a word?).

5 of the more obvious passages about losing salvation

The Slavs in Eastern Europe use the word Paradise for Heaven. This originated with the Eastern Orthodox churches in that region.

5 of the more obvious passages about losing salvation

Of course, they are not the same thing ... however, those who are NOT allowed to inherit/enter the kingdom of God and also NOT allowed to inherit/enter heaven.

5 of the more obvious passages about losing salvation

When Paul speaks of "the crown of righteousness" and "the crown of life" and "the prize" at the end of his tiresome race ... guess what? ... he is speaking of ETERNAL LIFE. Very few in today's Laodicean churches understand this. Many of today's pastors will never see heaven. All of the...

5 of the more obvious passages about losing salvation

You're missing a HUGE element of what is taught in the epistles! Over and over again ... believers are WARNED to NOT return to what they once were! Because the result is eternal death. Would you like to explain to us ... WHY does Paul tell the believers in Rome that SIN RESULTS IN ETERNAL...

Even some of the most obscure passages are threats to OSAS

It's no wonder you are having problems grasping spiritual Truth ... reading the Nearly Inspired Version. Don't you know that the Global Elite have corrupted most of the new versions? Meanwhile, what do you think about what Jesus wrote to your present-day church? Revelation 3: 14 “And to the...

Even some of the most obscure passages are threats to OSAS

What follows is a trinity sampling of obscure passages, which, in their very unique and tactful way, warn of salvation lost. First, Paul explains to Timothy what godliness is all about. See if you can discern the connection between godliness and salvation in these 2 obscure passages … • “…...

5 of the more obvious passages about losing salvation

I'm speaking of the law of God. How do you like the various SIN LISTS in the NT ... and what happens to those who are habitually practicing them? Note: practicing these sins is the exact opposite of practicing righteousness.

We must be born again to be God's kingdom.

It's easy ... many believers have: -- rejected God's grace -- continued in unrepented-of sin -- disobeyed God's commands and many etc. Believers are expected to uphold their part in God's new covenant. Just as the Israelites were expected to. However, the new covenant is better because ...

5 of the more obvious passages about losing salvation

Your verse is speaking of those who have been truly born of God unto ultimate salvation. They indeed will NOT live a life of habitual unrepented-of sin. Those who do continue to commit sins ... we just don't know if they will repent and finally make it in the end. Those who have brainwashed into...

Is your pastor deceiving you, or is he just ignorant?

IMO, all of the many dire warnings are ONLY for God's elect ... so they will be sure to get their acts together ... unto their ultimate salvation. They are the ONLY ones who do this ... to God's satisfaction. God elected these ones before the foundation of the world ... because He saw everything...

5 of the more obvious passages about losing salvation

No, I'm talking about the good works (deeds) that Jesus is talking about. What do you think about Matthew 25:45-46 ... righteous vs. unrighteous.
