Did Jesus raise hiself from the dead or did God yhe father raise him

What does Paul say in Philippians 2:5-11? That Jesus is 100 percent man and 100 percent God at the same time. Logic says that would make him a 200 percent person.

The Didache on the coming of the world-deceiver: What 1st and 2nd century saints were taught

I disagree. The Word of the Lord does come to me from time to time. And I am an Ambassador for the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Didache on the coming of the world-deceiver: What 1st and 2nd century saints were taught

The context is that he was not a Jew and yet someone still wanted him circumcised. The context is not that God saw him as both a Christian and a Greek.

The Didache on the coming of the world-deceiver: What 1st and 2nd century saints were taught

It just blows my mind how yours works. This verse is talking about those who were called as both Jews and Gentiles to be Christians. 24 even us, whom he has called, not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles? This verse means Peter's ministry was to go to the Jews to try to get them...

Romans 11 and the real Replacement Theology

It does prove my point because there are no verses that speak of the spirit of humans. Like most Greek words there are many meanings. The same word used for spirit is sometimes used for soul but that does not mean there's a spirit of humans.

Romans 11 and the real Replacement Theology

I'm responding to what you are saying to me. If you want a different point. Then say something different and I will comment on it.

The Didache on the coming of the world-deceiver: What 1st and 2nd century saints were taught

So you think the word "Gentiles" are Christians when used in the New Testament. I do not see that.

The Didache on the coming of the world-deceiver: What 1st and 2nd century saints were taught

It means an unbeliever. A human who was not Jewish and who is also not born again of God's spirit. It means that all throughout the New Testament. For you to say there's such a thing as a Gentile Christian makes no sense and has nothing to do with biblical data.

Did Jesus raise hiself from the dead or did God yhe father raise him

It seems logical to say that if God works with His own logic and science that He created, then there is stuff He simply cannot do. It seems clear He cannot lie. He probably cannot make a square circle. And if He is unlimited in goodness and wisdom, then He probably cannot be bad or unwise.

Did Jesus raise hiself from the dead or did God yhe father raise him

There's no verse that says He made Himself a man or that He was a man and a God at the same time or that He was 100 percent man and a 100 percent God at the same time or that He shared 2 wills one being human and another being God. And concerning the original post the word "Father" does not mean...

Did Jesus raise hiself from the dead or did God yhe father raise him

WOW... what a breath of fresh air... to read something on here that makes sense.

Romans 11 and the real Replacement Theology

You are missing the point which is not when the books were written. But what is there subject matter. The data in the gospels refers to those who lived before there were Christians.

The Didache on the coming of the world-deceiver: What 1st and 2nd century saints were taught

The word "churches of the Gentiles" does not fit with the rest of the Bible in the way that you are saying it means. And so we cannot use a verse that contradicts the rest of the Bible.

The Didache on the coming of the world-deceiver: What 1st and 2nd century saints were taught

The word "flesh" here is referring to his physical body which we still have. We were all taught to understand language's we must read the word in the context.

Did Jesus raise hiself from the dead or did God yhe father raise him

One of the things God cannot do is die.

The Didache on the coming of the world-deceiver: What 1st and 2nd century saints were taught

Let me try to see if I can understand what you just wrote. Do you agree that the Bible uses the word "flesh" in the New Testament mostly to refer to our old man nature? Matthew the spirit indeed is willing but the flesh is weak Mark The spirit truly is ready but the flesh is weak John the...

The Didache on the coming of the world-deceiver: What 1st and 2nd century saints were taught

The Scripture is good. It's your understanding that is bad. Paul is saying this was my ministry to go after the Gentiles and Peter's ministry was different because he went after the Jews. So Paul is saying this is the group that I built. The Christians who were once Gentiles. Gentiles are not...

Romans 11 and the real Replacement Theology

Here's a few fragment verses on the spirit and none of them mean soul... Romans serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost serve in newness of spirit in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit they that are...

The Didache on the coming of the world-deceiver: What 1st and 2nd century saints were taught

Again, you look at men and see it from your own eyes that Paul was still a man. I see it from God's eyes that Paul was in the spirit and it's the spirit that the New Testament is written about. There is no such thing in God's eyes written in the New Testament about a half flesh half spirit man...

The Didache on the coming of the world-deceiver: What 1st and 2nd century saints were taught

Can we agree that Gentiles are in the flesh without the spirit of Christ? They might be nice guys, but they mean nothing to God unless He or some Apostle can get them born again? I use the word Apostle because we are talking about the time period when the Scriptures were written. Now if this is...
