God is not the Author of Confusion and False Theology.

Baptism apart from "faith in the operation of God" (Colossians 2:12) is just getting wet...and has not the power to save. On the other hand, if, in getting baptized, you are identifying with Jesus in His death, burial, and resurrection; and if in being baptized you are confessing Jesus Christ...

Forgiveness is to those who keep the commandments of the Lord.

I'm definitely in agreement with you there, my brother. Of course, it is written that there are some who esteem every day to be alike and that we ought to let every man be fully convinced in his own mind (Romans 14).

    The Devil's work

I am simply turned off by Catholicism because I find within its worship style a dead liturgy; And therefore I do not even entertain Catholicism as a possibility as concerning how I would go to worship the Lord of my heart.

The World Is Already Declining And What is Soon To Come Will be Far Worse

It is commonly noted that of Noah's sons, Shem was the father of the Semitic people groups, Japheth the father of the Asian people groups, and Ham the Father of the Black races; with a curse of slavery being on Canaan in particular, who was a son of Ham. It should also be interesting to note...

Born again Christans DO NOT SIN!

I believe that the love of the Lord has been shed abroad in my heart (Romans 5:5) and that this is the fulfilling of the righteousness of the law within me (Romans 13:8-10, Galatians 5:14, 1 John 5:3, 2 John 1:6, Romans 8:4). I still have my flesh, so I must needs abide in Christ by walking not...

The World Is Already Declining And What is Soon To Come Will be Far Worse

For those who are "cast into the furnace of fire" they will not cease to exist. They will suffer everlasting punishment, where there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth (Matthew 25:46, Matthew 13:41-42, Matthew 13:49-50).

    OSAS vs. NOSAS reconciled.

Forgiveness is to those who keep the commandments of the Lord.

This is true. We are to obey the spirit of what is written and are no longer bound by the letter (Romans 7:6). However, the spirit is to some degree defined by the letter. Again, read Romans 13:8-10, 1 John 5:2-3, 2 John 1:6. It is clear in these passages that the commandments of God are...

Born again Christans DO NOT SIN!

1 John 1:8 does not say, "If we say that we do no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us." Look at it again. The verse is speaking of indwelling sin, not practical sins (otherwise, 1 John 1:8 contradicts 1 John 3:5-9)... Indwelling sin can be rendered dead (Romans 6:6, Galatians...

Forgiveness is to those who keep the commandments of the Lord.

I beg to differ. Rom 13:8, Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. Rom 13:9, For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be...

So, that does not indicate that those who are baptized in Jesus' Name are not called, and neither does it indicate that those who are not baptized in Jesus' Name are called.

Forgiveness is to those who keep the commandments of the Lord.

If you are a worker / doer of iniquity, you must repent of being that. For, being that means that Jesus will say to you, Depart from me, I never knew you; and you will also be cast into the furnace of everlasting fire (Matthew 7:23, Matthew 25:41, Matthew 13:41-42). Jesus died on the Cross to...

    Why am I a muslim

To anyone who considers themselves to be a muslim I declare the following, That 1 John 4:15 in the injeel (the Christian scriptures, the Holy Bible) relates to us the reality of Jesus Christ, 1Jo 4:15, Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God...

God is not the Author of Confusion and False Theology.

No, not all are called. The conditional promise of the Holy Ghost to those who are baptized in Jesus' Name is given to as many as the Lord our God shall call. So, those who do not fulfill the condition of the promise, and who do not receive the promise, are those who have not been called. So...

Forgiveness is to those who keep the commandments of the Lord.

More like "salvation unto good works" (Ephesians 2:10) Notice that, that verse does not say, "If we say that we do no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us." If it did, it would be in contradiction to 1 John 3:5-9. 1 John 1:8 is speaking of indwelling sin. And, indwelling sin...

What does Thy Kingdom Come Thy Will be Done mean?

I simply disagree with you, @amadeus.

God is not the Author of Confusion and False Theology.

Consider that Acts of the Apostles 2:38 contains a conditional promise that is given to "as many as the Lord our God shall call." (Acts of the Apostles 2:39). Now consider Romans 8:30; and really think about what it means for you in light of that.

Forgiveness is to those who keep the commandments of the Lord.

Not only that...He does the work. As He lives His life in us and through us (Galatians 2:20), we will walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit...and the righteousness of the law will be fulfilled in us (Romans 8:4). Barnabas was good (Acts of the Apostles 11:22-24). And Jesus said that...

What does Thy Kingdom Come Thy Will be Done mean?

Why not the 3rd heaven? Satan has access to the third heaven (where God's throne is) according to Job chapters 1 and 2.
