    T U L I P explained

Calvin was a lawyer, he saw and interpreted through a legal lens......so did the Pharisees.....and mind you, they weren't all bad as assumed in many Christian circles. Jesus interpreted and lived through a moral lens, subsequently he could have compassion on those who didn't measure up to the...

Anyone Who Says Jesus is The Christ is Banished (Chosen S4E2)

Yeah, I find the episodes inspiring in spite of not seeing eye to eye with every assumption certain aspects of the film are built on. They make Jesus human and relatable. I got the dvd's.....very handy.

The Bliss of Religious Homeostasis - Don't Rock the Boat

Growing in Spiritual Maturity - Being, not doing

I think the metaphor is taken from the days when pick and shovel were used to harvest coal. It was tough and dirty and immediate. Good works are naturally a good thing but focus on good works and how they appear and it is no longer natural, it becomes a performance and a self focused...

What got you interested in eschatology and what was your learning process?

Daniel two got me started, 'The Metal Man', which I'm sure we all know of piqued my interest. Daniel 7's four beasts continued the curiosity/ interest....and further it went. Ultimately, Jesus gave perspective in his Revelation to John.

    A Question for Jehovah's Witnesses

thats a very convenient distortion....further digging your hole deeper f2f while revealing the slippery nature of your approach. My statement you quoted above is referring to your statement, not the scripture.

You are in the tradition of many before you through the centuries......yes, these are your...

    Blind Guides and Deluded Followers

What do you think this means Keraz? "For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us." 2 Corinthians 1:20.

    Blind Guides and Deluded Followers

You are consumed with fire and wrath Keraz and you assume God delivers a proactive element of destruction ...as did the Prophets (it is the Prophets where your focus is) You bypass the critical factor of Jesus input in your interpretation of these scriptures and therefore are blind to another...

    Blind Guides and Deluded Followers
