    EASTER?

He died on the day of Preparation 3 hours before the next day started. He remained dead all of the day of Passover (night/day), all of the next day (night/day) which was the start of unleavened bread, and then raised on the morning of first fruits, which was 12 hours (assuming 6AM) into the 3rd...

Jesus said my body is broken for you

"Broke his law for us"? What does that mean?

    Jesus will not lose anyone

Let me get this straight. Believers who fall away are resurrected and tormented forever, but the wicked are resurrected and then destroyed, but not tormented forever? Is this what you're saying?

    Jesus will not lose anyone

The verse you quoted is obviously referring to the lost, not the saved. Whether they are former believers who deny the lord, or unbelievers who have always denied the lord, is irrelevant; they both have the same fate - condemnation. Do you deny this?

Coming in the clouds of heaven

Does the phrase 'clouds of heaven' in Daniel 7:13 refer to the lord's day?

    Christ will come again

FYI, according to geologic evidence there is an old landslide on the central summit of the Mt of Olives to which you refer. It is on the western slope facing west-northwest, north of the grave sites in that area. The terrain is not that steep on that slope, so it is improbable that the landform...

    Chapter 14

The only way you can make that statement is to be in denial of reality.

    Jesus will not lose anyone

This is non-sensical. The unworthy saved are consigned to outer darkness where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth FOREVER; yet the wrath of GOD on ungodly flesh, which only lasts until the flesh is dead, is worse? Why would anyone in their right mind follow such a GOD as this whose...

    Christ will come again

Full, or hyper, preterism is indeed false. So is full, or hyper, futurism. Partial preterism is the only rationale approach. What is the earthquake remnant?

    Chapter 14

But if it wasn't fulfilled it wouldn't have been repeated again in the book of Revelation. The Jeremiah prophecy was fulfilled as a type during Babylonian times, and the Revelation prophecy points to a future time. Likewise, getting back to the OP, Zechariah 14:1-2 accurately describes events...

    Two resurrections who they are

The second death is after the 1000 years and satan's return. There were 7000 persons in Elijah's day who were still faithful to GOD. That is all that means. The 144,000 are a future remnant that will be, or are, sealed by GOD for some purpose.

    Christ will come again

What I find frustrating is when people ignore the historical context of prophecy. It seems to me that the spiritual exegetical approach to OT prophecies is to do what Christ and the apostles did - recognize Christ as their fulfillments. This is a sound, biblical model to follow. All of the OT...

    Chapter 14

Your own logic is self-defeating. You say correctly that this Jeremiah prophecy has been fulfilled. Once a prophecy has been fulfilled there is no rationale for projecting its fulfillment into the future, unless it is repeated in a prophecy that occurs after its fulfillment. The Hebrew of the...

Keeping Jesus' commands is requirement for salvation, not the doctrine of trinity

And Jesus didn't rebuke him for being an idolator. Jesus was very coy about who he was; he wanted all attention directed towards the unseen father.

Is believing in the trinity necessary to be a christian?

When you go to the grocery store, what sends you? Your body or your mind?
  16. H

    Who is Christ instructing?

You really are clueless. In language a definite article is exactly what gives specificity to its related noun, whereas an indefinite article doesn't. Another error you make is that the Hebrew for THE isn't 'yom' (יום); it's 'he' (ה).

    Chapter 14

Yes, there is a day of the lord coming, but there have been other days of the lord in the past.

Keeping Jesus' commands is requirement for salvation, not the doctrine of trinity

Is he really? And how do you arrive at that conclusion? I don't see anything in this verse that describes a bodily form sitting on the throne of GOD: And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and [one] sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like...

Keeping Jesus' commands is requirement for salvation, not the doctrine of trinity

Yes but, the son is subject to the father; he can not do anything of himself. As he hears (the spirit) he judges. Also, Jesus is not spirit. Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. Luke 24:39 I do lean more...

Keeping Jesus' commands is requirement for salvation, not the doctrine of trinity

Jesus is not the father because he is the son. Nevertheless, they are the same being. Jesus is the visible form of GOD; the father is invisible whom no man can see.
