How do you justify writing your own gospel and yet you reject the writings of Paul, Peter, John, etc? You contradict yourself. Jesus didn't write your "Veridican gospel."

I wonder if you've built up a resistance.or tolerance. If you slowly wean yourself back, over time, you may be able to get by on less.

Same here ...although I am able to have a little more now than the previous 3 years. If I have too much, it does stuff to my heart rate.

Be careful with diet drinks, brother. They aren't as safe as they claim to be. Carbonation is bad for your bones, leads to osteoporosis. But artificial sweeteners are bad news.
