Astral travel/projection involves leaving the body. Having visions from God involves seeing into the spirit realm, but does not involve leaving the body.

@Hidden In Him I will say that in the past, I had parts (alters) who left the body on assignments, given coordinates and a map (by handlers). Parts/alters would leave the body to find someone ...or spy, gather information. This was the reason they used trauma to sever connections so one is more...

That is the approach that has to happen ....praying that God will bind you and every part of you back to the body that was broken or shattered during trauma. That is what I have done and it hasn't been an issue in years.

@Mayflower I need to clarify and elaborate on this. With SRA/MK, they know that trauma itself will cause such a severe breaking that the child is able to be outside the body .....in pieces. I can't explain it any other way. Being outside the body to survive trauma (rapes, tortures, etc) is not...
