Agreed Devin, the church's, for the most part do not teach on this. Most regular Joes and JoAnn's have no idea how to apply it when praying is the biggest part. It has been mentioned in at least 2 church's I attended but, no teaching on HOW to do this, at least not reverently and effectively.
