Of course. But if you really want to remain friends as you have said, you should understand that we both have the freedom to express our opinions as well as convictions. That doesn't mean we should be offended or hate one another. I will always state the truth as the Lord gives it, as I feel led.

The only thing I can promise is that I still care and I will always speak the truth as the Lord leads me to do so. Edit: I was at an appointment earlier and couldn't elaborate or fix typos.

@Shattered I'm sorry you've been hurt by those who profess Christ. I can relate, and I know most (if not all) survivors have been wounded similarly by people who profess to serve Christ. (See @truthquest's post above.) I know you're in a fierce storm for some time now. I am here, still caring...

Praying for you. It might help to journal and find out why inside is having trouble today. Idk if it would help, but sometimes journaling can help get around a barrier of no words.

This is a great verse to grasp hold of and cling to when working through trauma memories. I know there were countless times I held onto this one. We don't have to be afraid to move forward towards healing and freedom. There will be times when memories trigger fear, but having scripture to hold...

Sis, have you ever seen or met an alter that identifies as a doorknob? You said you had dreams of holding a door shut and someone coming through(?) ....you used the word "us." Did you see yourself in parts/as alter parts in the dream, holding the door shut? Do you know what happened after...
