    Food for thought...

How do you magically go from 2,500 to 200,000?

I recently saw a news report about FEMA camps in Ohio ...the governor has made a move that would allow asymptomatic Covid patients to be forced to go to these camps. I'd be interested to know if anyone has heard about this. @Enoch111 ...any knowledge about this?

How do you magically go from 2,500 to 200,000?

Imo, it's hard to truly know the real numbers when so many are falsifying test results and putting Covid down on death certificates where it wasn't actually the cause of death. I watched a video of an Italian doctor who was warning people not to get tested because the test also detects...

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

No. I would have listened to her, given my honest thoughts on it and allowed her to make that decision herself. She is an adult who also loves the Lord. And ....she is my daughter. One thing I never did after we got out if a cult church when my kids were small is to try to take the place of Holy...

How do you magically go from 2,500 to 200,000?

I know 3 family members who were given false positives. Two of them were never even tested and received a letter in the mail telling them they were positive and had to quarantine. I know 1 person who was supposedly "positive" ...he was close to 60 yrs old, and did not die of Covid that he...

    Irrational/rational Fear write outs

Amen ...we can make this a matter of prayer as well. :) Stink'n devil doesn't win when we pray for those who've hurt us. Haha! I think Jesus's command to pray for our enemies is as much for us as it is for those we're praying for.

    Irrational/rational Fear write outs

It most certainly was a lot for a child to endure. I'm glad the visit went well, all things concerned.

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

Yes, I did. I am sure God can use a tattoo ...or a tshirt, a bumper sticker ...or a simple smile. On a sidenote ...I was in the store the other day and saw a child come in with his family on my way out ...I smiled at him as he looked at me, and it dawned on me ...he couldn't see the smile...

    Irrational/rational Fear write outs

I understand. Just continue to pray for him. I will pray as often as this comes to mind. Did you ever resolve why you were having such a strong reaction to the anticipation of seeing him? If this is too much, feel free not to answer. When I heard from my dad in 2004 after no contact for 6...

    Irrational/rational Fear write outs

Hello, @Mayflower ...how are you doing? I'm wondering how your visit with your dad turned out (for you and for him). Your story sounds very similar to my experience with my own dad. Maybe I will share my experience at some point.

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

I'm sure that a tattoo might be something that would start a conversation that could springboard into discussion about Christ. And although I have no condemnation for those who have tattoos, I would never go as far as recommending someone get a tattoo in order to be a more effective witness. I...

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

Yes, actually ...that's the main reason I am.not a fan of them. It was too late for me to bring that up after my loved one had already gotten a tattoo...and she already knew that verse anyway.

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

I guess we'll see. Lol I don't think she regrets getting it, so it's a good possibility. :)

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

I never thought of that... but I could probably ask her about the pain aspect now that I know. :)

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

Thank you .... it's been a rough journey. I know I've not really lost him ... he loved/loves the Lord and his faith was so strong. What we're experiencing is a temporary physical separation ... but we're still seated together with Christ in heavenly places. But yes .... I still cry...

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

No sir, lol .... I don't know why I didn't think about the pain. I just briefly processed my thoughts inside (none of them related to pain) and just listened to her relate her reason for getting it.... a very positive exchange, really.
